But I never heard from him again. There was a freeze and schools and roads were closed that day, so the next day when I texted back if he could let me know when we would be rescheduling. Then nothing. It is now end of day Friday and no return contact, no bid, just ghosting or some serious problem. It is a real shame because based on the other reviews, reported superior concrete mix used, local small business, I had really wanted AB Concrete to do the job. But now I have wasted a week and really don't see an explanation that would make me want to still do business with them.

He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

The crew had to remove my back yard fence gate in order to get materials to the back yard. I was promised that it would be reinstalled the way it was but they did a shoddy job replacing my back fence gate and now there is a larger than one inch gap between my gate and the latch. (see picture). I brought this up to Nova Roca's attention who said they would fix it but it has been over 3 weeks since we spoke and have not heard any follow-up. Also, the crew left a lot of concrete rubble in the grass that I had to take a shop vac to remove.

If you are thinking about an outdoor fireplace, then talk to Antonio. Have pics of fireplaces you like in order to give him an idea-vision of what you want. P.S. The fireplace we had built has a 3-foot thick concrete foundation base and for good reason: weight. My fireplace weighs approximately 16,000 pounds. 3 - 4 inches of concrete will not support that weight.
