Everyone I have interacted with at Drake Services has been very professional, reliable, friendly, and their work is consistently great. They have provided services for us many times over the years including windows, blinds, screen(s) replacement, and rain gutter cleaning. Our living room and dining room have very tall windows with blinds, and a mirror the same height. Today they did all the windows in and out (including the screens and tracks), the mirror, the huge blinds, and replaced the sliding patio door screen, plus a few others. They all look beautiful! The price today was considerably higher than in the past, however it's been a long while since the last cleaning, the work was way overdue, and everything everywhere is more expensive, so their prices are probably in keeping with that! This is the third year I've used Drake's Service for...wait for it...Christmas lights. Yes, they do an excellent job putting them up and they have all the equipment needed to handle the job, big or small. They own the lights (which are custom cut for your house), so they take them down and store the lights for you when the holidays are over. Part of the service is replacing any burnt-out bulbs free of charge, which is so worth it if the bulb is on the roof. Like I said, this the third year I've used them for lights and this year I had them installed Nov. 15 and they'll take them down a week after New Year. Wes, Frank, and Mark did an excellent job taking care of our window screens, sliding door and dirty windows. I called around several places and Drake's was the most honest in providing a quote. They told me from the get go it was a quote but that it could change slightly when they arrived on site. I originally called to get 3 window screens repaired and our back slider but when they pulled up, their van advertisement said "window washing" so I inquired about those services. Wes called me immediately to give me a quote and schedule a time for them to come out which was 2 days later. They evaluated the property and the services I wanted and the price was a little less than what they originally quoted me over the phone. They repaired the screen windows on the spot and offered different types of options for the back slider. I opted for a "premium" door that had to be ordered. They said it would take 5-7 days but it actually took less so everything was done within a matter of days. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in 5 years and they looked freaking crystal clear after Mark was done with them. These guys were friendly, prompt, efficient, and professional.
