Ugh why couldn't they find a home elsewhere. Our inspector did warn us about pigeons loving solar panels too! I knew we had to bird proof and find the right company. Where 1. They removed the pigeons ethically 2. They didn't break any of our roof tiles 3. They know what they are doing! I ended up going with Jordan (J&J) because they do not kill the pigeons nor their eggs. They actually have a person who takes care of them and the adolescents pigeons. Although, the pigeons were a costly fix- I didn't want any harm done to them. Jordan provided me with pics of all the other eggs, pigeons he removed and assured me that none were harmed. Jordan is super friendly, answered all my questions and def was the right person to bird proof our solar. Because of his awesome customer service we signed up with his solar cleaning plan. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

I can't speak highly enough of I&G Screens! They were the first company to respond to my request for screen service, they came out the same day I requested them on short notice and did a FANTASTIC job on my screens. I have cats and they kept knocking out my screens. Ismael created cat proof screens for me - the cats can't damage the netting and they can't push the screens out. In addition, I have an outdoor cat enclosure and I needed a special screen made to the cats could go into the "catio" but couldn't jump up over the cat enclosure. The screen works amazing well. My cats climbed up the screen and it didn't damage it at all. I highly recommend I&G Screens! Top notch service and top notch screens! read more

That was typical in that a couple of them had been paying their family members to do maintenance and repairs and most everything we've seen that they touched was a mess including our screen door. They had decided to try to cover-up that the roof sheathing had holes in it large enough that you could put a basketball through them. So, they nailed wood scraps under the eaves without even painting them. But they dropped the nails they pulled (and we photographed) and dropped either some of the wood or a hammer and almost ruined the screened door all of which we photographed and may post here. Well, Luis saved the day. He is a gentleman and a craftsman. He had to do some disassembly of the screened door to make it work again; it would no longer open and we had been prevented from accessing our deck since a neighbor's video showed the HOA pick-up labor from the the parking across the street from the nearby HOME DEPOT. Luis like his friend Scott who is similarly gifted in saving rather than having to replace entire sliding glass doors that have been damaged-- and with similarly 30-plus years of experience in the Inland Empire, these gentlemen are economical Best of all, they show up on time and perform as advertised. You will be glad you met him. At THE STATER BROTHERS, just minutes after we left our meeting to get that door repaired by Luis, we had the opportunity to tell our longtime friend who works there and was thinking about seeing if RONDY'S could sell her a new sliding glass door screen and pet door. Based on all the positive reviews I expected better, but despite a good start, quick response to my…read morerequest, it went down hill. We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.
