My wheels only had…read more10K miles on them and they told me the issue was old tire. 900$ later; nothing was fixed and when I saw my old tires they were perfect. Blatantly just ripping me off for tires and scamming. When I asked for my old tires they really fought me because they knew I would see they did not need replaced. They had perfect tread, no faults. Looked almost better than new tires, even had little nubs on them. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE unless you want to be scammed. They see customers as marks to be fleeced and extorted. There are plenty of people who do need tires; you did not need to rip me off. Now I will tell EVERYONE about how you scammed me and show them pics of tires you told me "needed desparately replaced". My kid was in hospital so I wasn't thinking straight, so I didn't think "oh I just replaced my tires". Never again, never again. Do no support tis business!

Then to tell them my name for the appointment that I made at 2. To be told by both front desk people my appointment was at 9. I reply well that's funny because I came straight from work and I would never schedule an appointment for when I am working. Then the very rude woman and man that are in the office proceed to tell me "well most people drop it off." I don't have that luxury. From start to finish, I got rude attitude to the point I told myself I wasn't ever going back there again. After getting my new tires finally put on, I leave with my TPS light on! He says will go away. It went away only to come back on and not shut off. I call them so they can fix the issue, telling them what is going on and of course the lady on the phone was very rude saying "well they do go out." I made an appointment anyways, as this sensor has only been an issue since getting my tires put on by C & C. I show up for the appointment and the technician comes out and states that they wouldn't have put the tire back on with a broken sensor. He didn't even take it into the shop to look it over to make sure it wasn't an issue from their service. I proceeded to ask for my keys as I will take my vehicle somewhere, anywhere, but to C & C that I would feel appreciated for my business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

You will note the $10K matching price. I call the phone number, given them the "Reservation Code." Lady says "You have definitely won one of the four prizes listed on the back. No purchase is necessary. Just bring your flyer and ID to the dealership to collect your prize." I have better things to do than drive a half hour one way on most days, let alone today. I own 4 vehicles and have no desire to trade any of them let alone get another one. As a general rule, I do a lot of maintenance and generally get about 300K out of a motor. Sometimes I replace the motors after that if I like the ride. I have owned a LOT of Chrysler/Stellantis products over the decades. A 1980 AMC Concord before Chrysler ate them. A 1990 downsized Wagoneer Ltd. A 1990 Grand Wagoneer. A 1990 Eagle Premier ES Ltd. (2) 300M's before they ruined the vehicles by "ghettoing" the exterior. Currently have 2002 Grand Cherokee Overland and 2006 Commander Ltd. Okay, an 06 Avalon as well as a bucket truck, but they aren't relevant to this discussion. Given the narrow window I make the drive. I have other things to do, but for $10K cash, it's worth a trip. After you get there and a form is filled out they take you into a room with completely different numbers and you have to match one of those. Telling people on the phone they have definitely won one of the 4 prizes off the back is where they crossed the legal line. Nobody would make the drive for a "maybe." There are far better ways to purchase vehicles online. I should know. I bought that 1990 Wagoneer Ltd. on eBay and had it shipped from New Hampshire. The Commander was shipped from Iowa. Yes, I'm going to complain to Chrysler and the FTC. Hopefully this is the review that puts Stellantis out of business. I won't even buy one of their products used anymore after this experience, let alone new. Their quality has been looking up at cat excrement for the past decade plus and they price rides like they are Bentlys. WOULD YOU REALLY CONSIDER BUYING A VEHICLE FROM A DEALERSHIP WITH SUCH A NON-EXISTENT ETHICAL THRESHOLD? Ever since Chrysler stopped enforcing 5-star standards the quality of their dealerships has basically sunk to that of off-shore IT/Tech Support labor. Yelp needs to allow for zero or even negative stars.

    I took my daughters Jeep Wrangler there because it had a miss in the motor. The Service Mgr. called…read moreme about a week later and said that one injector was bad and that was causing the miss. I replied for them to go ahead and replace it. He said that it would be better to replace them all. So, I told him to change all the injectors ($1,750 was the quote). So in another couple of days he calls me again and said that didn't fix it? You need this other part. So, I said will this fix it? He for the second time said yes it will. It didn't. The third time he called he said the computer was bad. It was replaced. The one they put on did not work? So, they ordered another one. In other words they had this Jeep for over a month and just kept putting on parts till something finally worked. The final cost was $2,774.54 for an engine miss! Seems they just kept piling parts on till they found one that worked. I complained to the General Mgr. about this and was told they gave me a break, $120 an hour instead of $140 an hour! Way more than crazy money for labor! So, it cost me $2774.54 for an engine miss! I paid them and was driving home and smelled something, like something burning! The front brakes were fried and actually smoking! I didn't even make it home! It was towed to another mechanic who said that the brakes had seized causing this by sitting outside in the weather for a month. So, apparently they also do not do test drives after their (repairs?) Obviously, I do not recommend this dealer for service issues or anything else!

I have a nationwide warranty from Honda and they want me to take this motorcycle several hours away to get it serviced. I am retired US armed forces veteran. I have lived in three countries, 11 states, and 21 homes. I have not always had the luxury of living in a community for long periods of time. Using their logic, would I need to take the vehicle? I ordered while serving in Iceland, back to Iceland? Or, would I have to take it to New Jersey where it was delivered? Or, would I take it to a dealer in Virginia where I was stationed, it is a nationwide Honda warranty. obviously they don't want to work on you didn't buy from them.

So one of my purchases was a winch and plow (which the winch I purchased twice due to a robbery) all at this dealership. The winch and the rocker switch on the dash are from two different aftermarket distributors from Lindsay's recommendations who is the owners step daughter. The winch quit going in, but would go out, so I was told by her to test the winch attach jumper cables from the battery to the winch bypassing all switches and relays, one way then the other if it works then it's a bad relay, so I did and it worked. So I take the relay out and drive a hour to the dealership and get a new relay because it's under WARRANTY and install it, still doesn't work correctly. So I call her and tell her and say that the other thing it could be is the SWITCH, WHICH SHE SAID "THEY NEVER GO BAD AND BRING IT IN". So I do I am told then that even though it's under WARRANTY "IT ONLY COVERS PARTS NOT LABOR " so I call a day after I take it there and guess what the SWITCH IS BAD!!!!! and so far I have a $50.00 bill for Diagnostics which I pretty much did MYSELF so for $20.00 switch that is UNDER WARRANTY is costing me, plus another $50.00 to INSTALL THE NEW SWITCH WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!!! THIS IS NO WAY TO HANDLE A BUSINESS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I understand it's a business that has to charge for things but with as much money as I HAVE SPENT YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE SOMEONE FOR THAT!!!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
