The company is running a scam through the post office because it doesn't take pictures of delivery. They won't ship out an order, instead they'll claim it was delivered to try to get a refund payment through USPS. Do not buy!!! I would rate the customer service as a "zero" if I could. I have a 30 inch watering wand which stopped working with a full water flow. I submitted a "LIfetime Warranty" claim for a replacement. I provided pictures of the Dramm Watering Wand. I was asked for pictures of the Dramm Watering Wand with full flow (which lasted about 2 seconds) and a picture of the "dribble" from the watering wand (which were provided). Dramm also requested pictures of my hose (which were provided). THEN, Dramm asked for my GPM, which I had no idea what that meant. I found it on the internet as Gallons Per Minute. I have no intention of calling my County Utility Office to find the GPM and stay on the phone for 30+ minutes. All of this over a $30 Dramm Watering Wand. read more

This company makes watering and irrigation equipment for both commercial and consumer use. I happened to purchase one of their 30-inch Touch-N-Flow consumer watering wands. These are very handy for watering plants, especially potted and hanging plants. It's fantastic, has a comfortable grip with a lever-action valve for easy watering, and is very light-weight. But that's not why Dramm Corp. gets 5 stars. You see, the valve in mine malfunctioned and no longer shut off completely. It was just a month old and hadn't really been used that much. I purchased it while on vacation, so I couldn't take it back where I bought it. I found Dramm on the internet and emailed them about the problem (never expecting to hear anything from them). I was so surprised to get a reply the very next morning. The customer service rep acknowledged a known issue with this particular product and that they had made an improvement in the current model to resolve it. Rather than having me ship the defective one back to Dramm, she simply asked me to email a photo of the product label and they would be happy to send me a new wand. Wow! To say I was blown away is an understatement. It's so rare today to receive this kind of no-hassle customer service. I didn't have to go through any off-shore call center, no automated phone maze, no forms to fill out -- just a friendly email thanking me for my business and new replacement product on the way! Way to go Dramm! UPDATE: Since posting this review my replacement wand arrived, along with a nice letter from the Dramm Corporation. But wait, it gets better! Also included in the package was a Nine Spray Pattern Revolver nozzle that they just wanted me to try out. I love this company! Their slogan says it all, "Quality since 1945". read more
