My measurements were provided to them and done by a professional. Recommended suit size provided was 44xl. Since we are from out of town, we arrived late on Wednesday for the Friday wedding. My son had picked up the tuxedos and provided them to us on Thursday morning, the suit did not fit and was a 43long. I immediately called as my younger son had earlier. We were both told it would be an extra $30 each for overnight. Since when do you charge the customer when you make the mistake. When we talked he was very adamant that the extra charge was going to happen even though the suit size was wrong. How can I argue when the wedding was the next day. We received the replacements Friday morning so the wedding went well, but I would not recommend due to the lack of customer centered approach to service. Yes we paid the extra $60

I dropped off my wedding dress in March and made it very clear that my wedding was on July 25. At…read morethe time, I was told my dress would be ready for pickup during the first week of June. The alterations were very minimal--just hemming the dress and shortening the straps slightly. Instead, my dress wasn't ready until one week before my wedding (July 17). To make matters worse, when I picked it up, it hadn't even been pressed. I now have to take it to a dry cleaner myself just days before my wedding. I had also asked if I could keep the extra fabric from the alterations so my sister could make something special for me. Unfortunately, the seamstress threw it away without asking. She had also offered to make me a garter, but when I checked out she simply said, "Don't worry, I didn't charge you because I never made it." Communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. My messages and calls often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, she frequently didn't know which dress I was referring to. On top of that, when I arrived to pick up my dress, the bustle hadn't even been done. She sent us home and told us to come back the next day because she "didn't know we discussed that"--even though we absolutely had. Overall, this experience caused an unnecessary amount of stress during what should have been an exciting time. I cannot recommend this business to anyone, especially if you're trusting them with something as important as your wedding dress. I would strongly encourage future brides to look elsewhere.
