Renan and his team took care of my brand new 2025 Lexus IS 300. The day I picked it up from the dealership, I drove it straight to his shop and was given a very fair and quick turnaround time. My dad has been going to Renan for YEARS and when I got my new car, I knew that I would also be taking my car here too. Renan was so nice and inviting. He showed us the work he does on the cars in his shop, showed us the different kinds of tints, wraps, PPF, etc. and explained what he was going to do for my Lexus. I can tell the quality work Renan and his team does. They work all day and late nights and are booked solid with new clients and return clients. This was by far the best price and most responsive of all of the companies I talked to! They were able to scheduled me a couple of days later. They were on time and super professional. The convenience of having someone come to my house was so helpful. I got a basic interior detail, and it looks amazing!!!! My 2008 Toyota Prius took them about an hour and a half to clean. I was pretty happy with it however now I have some sort of round cut mark left on my front passenger seat. He arrived at my home a around 7pm and was done about 10pm when it was dark, I just didn't think i needed to thoroughly check the inside, like I said it was dark and we were all tired, so I paid him through Venmo with a tip. It wasn't till the morning when I saw the mark (that I will never be able to get out) on the seat Also I didn't like how it looked when it dried. When I reached out to ask him about it, no response. Which leads me to this review. Im not asking for him to reupholster my seat, an apology and maybe a complimentary detail (nothing crazy) would suffice.
