My previous review was removed even I wrote about multiple personal experiences with them so here I go repeating myself with writing a review of my own personal experience. Don't waste your time on the intake process because unless you have a solid clear case that will make them a lot of money, they have no interest in taking you on and representing you. This company is only interested in easy big money and has no humanity. Several times over the last months I have contacted them inquiring about a case and as soon they found out this was not a massive media case but I am nothing but a small man, they were not interested. I did a search if they would take my work case. I was told they would. I was very disappointed. I spoke with a rep. I spent time on the phone with all my details. I explained my case and told her I had prof, had 10 pages of notes and people that would back me up. But as soon as I mentioned the name of the company. I felt a negative vibe in our conversation. Sure enough. A minute after that I was told they would not help me and sent me some information for someone else. I even offered to send them all my documentation and still no. I see I'm not the only one who opinion is disappointment, I was also told "we are here for you thru the process" and that wasn't true! I had a case (social security Disability )in which I never spoke with the lawyer, assigned to a case developer, was given the wrong information on my award amount! they didn't know anything, was told I will get the letters from SSDI first. I had to fill out all the evaluations from soc security myself, since no one from the firm help me! I was told I need it to do them. I gas am evaluation from SSDI and they had no idea! I had to inform them! I sent all the dr's info they only fax it to SS, and in my opinion they took too much money for nothing! ( and this was said to them on phone calls! I sent email, called (to make sure someone knows the job hasn't been done from the firm), spoke to a supervisor that only made excuses! (waste of almost hour getting transferred a few times) I will never go back to this firm! I did everything myself, I asked what did you guys do to get thousands awarded from this case? I did it all! I signed papers and a few days later as i was walking out of the DR office they tell me Morgan and Morgan sent them an email stating they were no longer representing me. I was confused as nobody for law firm told me. i contacted Morgan and Morgan and 2 days later they call to tell me they aren't representing me. This is the worst law firm I ever dealt with in my life. no communication and when you leave a message or send email it take forever to get a response. when they do call they have an attitude like you're bothering them. funny how nice they are when they are trying to sign you to get 40% of suit but are ignorant after you sign. my opinion sign with a small law firm. Morgan and Morgan is NOT for the people. They are for the money. This is the 3rd time in 40 years I have called them and they never take any injury case we have had in our family or extended family. It is ridiculous as I was just injured and they can't give me a straight answer. Also, they promised to send a letter to the defendant for me after I retained them and they never sent it, thus compromising my case. Do not call this firm...and I never will again. This will be the First and Last time I ever choose Morgan and Morgan. I got rear ended by a teenager that was texting. hurt my back was on light duty for several months. to make a long story short after a year we reached a settlement. After everything was said and done settlement was for only $7,500 but after attorney fees and liens????? I ended up with $3,343.25. that's less than half of what my full settlement was. There was no game plan. Hard any communication. everything was mainly done by tex. Morgan and Morgan is a joke! I will Never Recommend Morgan and Morgan. All that for the people is BS. I would give zero start if I could. I was in a hit and run accident which totaled my car and left me and 2 of my siblings injured. I contacted the law firm and the experience was horrible. I was able to find out more information about the car owner and driver than they were. I had to tell them the car was rented and the owner wasn't the driver at the time of the accident. All the info they had was info I provided in conversation. All they did was have one conversation with the owners insurance, came back and said "he has no coverage". Did no further investigation nor asked any further questions. They immediately wanted me to go against my own insurance so they would get paid. However, the car was rented thru Turo and then was reported stolen (which they didn't know because they didn't ask any questions). I refused to sue my insurance and pushed them to go further and ask more investigative questions. Eventually they came back and said "no one has insurance coverage on the car owner or renters side so we're closing the case". And that was the end. I also emailed the actual lawyer assigned to my case because the assistant talked in circles and was not answering simple questions. That email went ignored. In the end I've never actually met or spoke to (via call, txt, email) the lawyer assigned to the case. They're tactics and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Everything they did was something I could have 100% done myself by picking up the phone or doing a google search. In the end I wish I did not use them and I would not recommend. read more

Was attempting to get Disability and was turned down once so I called Morgan &Morgan to do my case reconsideration. Was told that SS would contact them from now on and figured that would be much easier. After a week I had some questions and tried to call my case manager Faith Manning but ended up leaving a message. Numerous messages and email from me and no contact at all. Finally emailed that I was going to call the main number and find out what was happening. That got a phone call back after about 3 weeks. SS kept contacting me and when I tried to contact her got no response from phone calls or email. After about 8 months SS contacted me to see a doctor. Tried to once again contact them and still no response. One week after doctor visit was told by SS I was approved. Continually called trying to find out info and when the phone was answered it was someone new who said he was now my case manager. When I asked simple questions he had no idea about answers. He was clueless about the SS process and what happens next. I ended up calling SS direct and got all my answers. Never tried to call Morgan & Morgan again. Basically, I paid them 10 thousand for them to ignore me and be totally clueless about SS law and my case. If you have a big money accident case maybe they are great but for smaller cases like mine they were useless. read more

I called today spoke with 2 different people.\n Was on hold a couple different times while I'm on hold, I'm listening to their little spew of how they're the best in the country and how they help the poor people and all of this other stuff. So I guess my question to you, Mr. John Morgan, I'm not understanding why you could not take my case today. My son has diabetes. He is in a rehab facility because he had surgery on his foot. Because he got an infection he had to have his antibiotic injected into an IV. Port, that is why he had to go to this rehab. While he has been in this rehab, he has gotten very poor treatment. His antibiotics have been very late to not administered at all on several occasions. They have ransacked his room and taken all of his documentations of what is happening to him in this place. And for some reason, the moron I talked to on the phone today said that you could not help me. So I guess I don't quite understand how that is when you supposedly started your firm based on your brother's injury which was medical malpractise. And you say you helped the poor people you're for the people I asked to speak to an attorney to explain to me why you could not take my case, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then I was hung up on I will never, ever ever recommend anyone to call Morgan and Morgan for any d*** reason, I'm starting to really think you guys are a joke. You have made your millions and now you're living all good and happy and rich while you have Complete morons run your business. As I asked him several times to explain to me why Morgan and Morgan could not take my case and he said because he's not an attorney, he could not give me that advice. So then why in the hell is someone like this speaking to someone on the phone in the first place if they are not capable. Of telling you why your case cannot be taken. I've use Morgan and Morgan twice. The first time it wasn't the best experience. I felt like just another case in their many cases. Second time I thought let me tried again when I was involved in yet another accident and by far the worst experience ever. I will never use this company again. It's crazy because they advertise looking out for the little guy every single case they treat the same. Yet they did the complete opposite. My case manager went mia I think the 6 months my case was on going I heard from her twice. I tried to reach customer support to file a complaint and I did it several times to no avail. I had a scheduled court appearance and my case worker never reach out to me nor could I get a hold of her or my lawyer. I show up to court and my lawyer never shows up. After the numerous complaints I made to their customer support department nothing was ever done. I never even got a call back or an explanation. Have had to go through them several times. Each time we were treated with respect. In 2013 my husband was in a motorcycle accident. Ed Arango went into full battle mode for us.
