A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard. Because the pole was longer and heavier than we expected, we paid him extra to take it to the dump. He cleaned up all of the mess and was super polite. He was out the following Monday as promised and removed the tree. He hauled everything away and left the area clean of debris. I highly recommend Jeremy for tree work. His price was reasonable especially considering he had to climb 60+ feet to cut branches and the top of the tree.

We were loyal customers for 9 years, then, they changed what types of weeds are included in their lawn service. For a particular weed (nutsedge, which until last year had been controlled in our lawn by this same service), they decided to start charging extra, telling us that their normal weed control juice does not kill nutsedge (it does). THEN, we literally watched service tech spray our lawn INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE AREAS AFFECTED BY NUTSEDGE. This in itself didn't lead me to post a negative review, but it did lead me to cancelling the service. Only they didn't cancel the service. Now they've started up again and refuse to refund the charges for this new season even though we canceled last May. All the other reviews look positive? Of course... They deleted my negative review on another site within an hour or two of posting. So not only are their business practices questionable, they also "polish" their reviews, their Facebook page, and who knows what else so that everything looks pretty and shiny. They were great until they weren't. Once you have a dispute with them, customer service goes from kind and nice to nasty venom. Beware, no matter how good Royse seems at first. (Their scathing response to this review will show you how they deal with customers as soon as an issue is raised.)
