came for friday the 13th special while in town. its an easy process and organized. go up to the table, get a form, fill it out and put down your number on the paper. they will call out your number when youre next. they had 2 artists working and crowd was small. small spot, ample of free parking in front. my tat is cute, the owner was chill and down to earth, fast and light hand. the rooms each artist have are small, but private which is great. read more

Went in for the Friday the 13th special because of the deal but I now realize that it was most definitely a mistake. The guy tattooing was very rude during the tattoo and was aggravated because he was tattooing so many people but it's his shop? If you don't want to do the special you don't have to... He was also very rude to my friend who got her tattoo at the same time. He made a comment about other tattoos she has, one of which is a quote, and said that "tattoos should be looked at, not read" which is uncalled for especially coming from a "tattoo artist" The final nail in the coffin is how busted my tattoo ended up being. What I thought would be a simple tattoo ended up being the worst decision I have ever made. I have other tattoos and have never bruised from them, but this one was bruised for weeks and concerned myself and my friends to the point where I considered going to the hospital to get it looked at because it was just not healing. He was very heavy handed with the needle as well. I know tattoos hurt but it felt as if this man was trying to tattoo my bone. After the tattoo finally healed the lines ended up being super blown out and uneven, and I am embarrassed that I have this thing on me for the rest of my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at ALL costs. read more

I can home for an unfortunate event. I went to Drastic because my Mom had been and had a great time and I wanted to honor a friend. I did not have the same expierience my mom did. I have a rather large tattoo already on my leg, but I got a small one added on to it. 2 weeks later, after following instructions. My tattoo faded, still bruised and very sore. I have never had bruises before when it came to a tattoo even with the large one that is already on my lef, also instead of my tattoo being red it's pink. Once it finally heals I am going to have to pay another person to fill it again. I'm very disappointed because my mom has talked about this place all the time and I came home thinking I would like it to. Can't say that I did. read more

I've never posted a review before but my experience here was absolutely terrible. On the tattoo itself, the lines are uneven and crooked with varying thicknesses. They lost my stencil so he drew a horrible version of the original drawing on my arm with a pen- I should've told him never mind at this point, so that's my fault, but I was too uncomfortable to speak up. He was incredibly rude to my friend who got a tattoo done before me and rushed her to decide on placement so I was nervous to speak up to him. The tattoo is still completely raw and bleeds randomly a week later (it is an incredibly small tattoo) despite proper after care. I have 6 other tattoos and have never had a problem. I wish I never went. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

Just got my nipples pierced here a few weeks ago, they're looking perfect and are healing great. I was really nervous to get them done but Megg made me feel really comfortable and talked me through everything from procedure to after care. Randy is a tattoo artist there and aspiring piercer so he assisted with everything and was also a great comfort to have in the room. Obviously when you're looking to get work done quality comes first but it's also really important to have the experience be a pleasant one. And the staff at Drastic provides both of these. Brad is another tattoo artist there and did my first ever tattoo on my 18th birthday and it still looks great. The fact that I can remember his name after eight years says a lot about the experience. I came in to get a small ankle tattoo a little bit after lunch, there was a guy tattooing somebody when I walked in and he seemed to be the only person in there besides a woman who was lying on the couch. He acted like I was not supposed to be there even though they accept walk ins. He told me to come back in an 45 minutes to an hour, I came back 45 minutes later and the shop was closed with nobody there even though the hours said it was open late. Guy at the vape shop next door said the guy left early to go to New Hampshire. extremely unprofessional, sketchy looking place, will never even consider getting a tattoo here again. read more

Brad has done two tattoos for me so far. The first one was a small quote on my foot. I had an excellent experience that time, the tattoo is the perfect size and in the perfect position. Brad works quickly and efficiently. When I was deciding where to get my next tattoo, it was a no-brainer. Brad drew up the tattoo to go with an existing tattoo on my side. This was a much more in depth piece, and took a little over two hours to complete. Brad is truly an artist with a lot of experience. My tattoo came out amazing! Added bonus that he is very easy to chat with and makes the whole experience interesting.
