Cleanest tattoo shop I have ever seen. The staff at Kingdom Tattoo were so friendly and welcoming, and the artists are truly excellent. The location right in Danvers Square is super convenient too. Our family wanted to do something special for our Yai Yai, who is turning 90 in July. She has the most beautiful handwriting, so we decided to use her script saying "Love You More" for matching family tattoos. Peter (@Petermon.tattoo) was absolutely amazing. He coordinated and accommodated 8 family members in one day -- some getting simple script tattoos while helping others create custom designs incorporating Yai Yai's handwriting. The best part was when Yai Yai unexpectedly stopped by and decided she wanted a tattoo too! Peter happily tattooed her, making her his oldest customer ever. He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to everyone, and he made Yai Yai feel so special. We had 3 generations of family tattooed together on the same day, and it became such a meaningful memory for all of us. We all had a blast. I was pierced here, I've gotten multiple piercings here by Lhouis - No problems, he's great. I got my industrial, arguably my biggest piercing yet, by whoever was on that day. It was Debora, who pierced me incorrectly, either knowing or not knowing I didn't have the right anatomy. The bar touches my flat, which is a big no no. She never told me to come back and get it downsized, and I have incredibly large bumps on my ear now where I was pierced. It's been 5 months, it has ALWAYS touched my flat, and even following care instructions it was always irritated. I didn't know ANY of this until I went and saw a proper piercer. I've had to remove and retire the piercing. read more

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and got two small tattoos. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming when I walked in. Arthur did my tattoos, and he did a great job. I love fine-line tattoos, and his line work was very clean. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the quality of the work definitely made it worth it. I made an appointment via IG and unfortunately, the person who took my deposit over the phone never entered in my appt time, so when I showed up, my artist was double booked. However, once the mistake was realized, Jacque asked if I could give her an hour to do the other appointment and then she could do mine. I obliged. When I returned, she only needed another 7 mins plus prep time before seeing me. She helped me figure out my tattoo (since she wasn't privy to my previous messages) and she was so patient and kind in making sure I liked exactly what she designed. Then, she was easy going through the whole process, and also grateful for me waiting to see her. I highly recommend her for fine line, delicate art work. It's hard to find a tattoo artist in the area who does a good job with those types of tattoos so I was really happy to have found Leo. He was able to tweak the design the way I wanted and was very nice and professional throughout the whole process. He has been doing this for many years and is an expert in the field. I was very nervous since this was my first tattoo. My daughter has been bugging me for years to get one. After a stressful few weeks at the office during a system conversion, I had enough and said, let's do it! She made an appointment for me with Léonardo. It was a simple tattoo. Vertical one with a small tea cup and open book and a pig to represent Wilbur of Charlotte's Web, our favorite book. My daughter also got a beautiful floral tattoo on her arm with a small little spider in it. This represents the connection between the two of us. I have Wilbur and she has Charlotte. Our Puppy (Allie) passed away Suddenly on Sunday, and I was having a really hard time coping with the loss. I didn't know what would make me feel better, so I decided to get a tattoo. I did a google search and found Kingdom Tattoo. The name spoke to me. I called and immediately I was told I can come in. Between sobs, I told them my story and they were kind and understanding. My consultation was not rushed. I cried through the whole 2 hours and my artist Wanderson was calm and respectful while I grieved. At the end, he showed me kindness that I thought was lost in this world. He asked if he could give me a hug. Of course, more sobbing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in my time of need. The work is amazing, and he took the time to bring out all the details in her paws. This is off a print we had of our puppy's paws. She is now with me forever. My two daughters, ages 8 and 10, pierced their ears at Kingdom Tattoo in Framingham. When we initially called to inquire about details the receptionist was friendly and answered our questions.  When we arrived, Jozi welcomed us and immediately engaged my daughters in selecting earrings and putting them at ease.  The site was clean as was the piercing process.  Jozi wore gloves, sanitized the earrings and their lobes,  used new packaged, sterilized needles for each child.  She was warm and patient, walking them through each step and reassuring them.  We had a very positive experience and I highly recommend this organization and Jozi. read more

After doing my own research, I realized that my septum was pierced waaay too low. It went through the soft cartilage instead of the "sweet spot" in between the cartilage and the septum. I went to an APP certified piercer for a second opinion, and he agreed that it was in the wrong spot and needed to be taken out. So now I have to wait 3 months for it to heal before I can have him pierce it in the *correct* spot this time. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SEPTUM PIERCING!!! It just turned out to be a huge waste of time and money. read more

Had a horrible experience at the Framingham location. I went with my friends, and one of them noticed that her piercing was messed up. I looked at mine, and noticed that my septum piercing was diagonal. When I requested a refund, I was initially told that my piercing wasn't straight due to my anatomy. Luckily, my friends and I were able to get a refund, but only after the piercer, Jozi, was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards us. I would like to shout out Roger for how he handled the situation. Ultimately, I'm glad we got our refunds, but I wish that the process of getting a permanent body modification hadn't been so disastrous. I would not recommend coming here. read more

This place is beautiful inside. Definitely the most aesthetically pleasing tattoo studio I've ever been in. The staff are all friendly and I cannot recommend my tattoo artist - Vinny - enough! With this being my first visit to this shop (but not my first tattoo by any means) I wasn't sure who I wanted to do my tatt but it was definitely fated that it was Vinny. He did an excellent job. Was very precise and considerate to me, frequently asking throughout the session if I was doing OK and said if I ever needed a break that would be fine. He turned my simple little design into a real work of art that makes me smile everytime I look at it and I totally recommend him and this shop. I have a whole list of future work I want doing so will be keeping Vinny busy in the future. read more

Leo did an amazing job on my tattoo. It is a full upper chest tattoo, a custom job with a lot of detail. I came in with a very bad drawing in a concept, and Leo came up with something that exceeded my expectation. The shop is clean, professional, and well maintained. I got both of my nostrils pierced by Kat. After a couple bad experiences with other piercings in the past, I was nervous to try a new place and a new person. The first time I went in, I wanted to get both nostrils done at the same appointment. I ended up only getting one, and got the other done 4 days later. My body tends to go into shock after any piercing (through no fault of anyone) and Kat handled it like a pro, made me extremely comfortable. She let me stay in the piercing room as long as I needed, was incredibly understanding, made sure I had enough sugar, and kept conversation with me until I was able to leave. She had no problem with me changing my mind on where I was getting pierced and many I was getting, which I appreciated. I went there about two weeks ago for a tattoo consultation. They told me to come in at 2 and I did. I waited an hour and a half before anyone asked me if I needed something. And I had made it abundantly clear I was waiting to be helped the entire time without physically saying it because I have social anxiety and hate being "that person". All I wanted done was a simple 6 inch long line work tattoo that had no shading involved or anything it was literally just drawing lines and wouldn't have taken longer than an hour and a half. The woman there (who didn't speak English and had to be translated through someone else when we were trying to communicate about the tattoo. I obviously have no problem with her not speaking English unless it comes to a tattoo that's going to permanently be on my body. I want to be able to talk directly to my artist and not have what I say translated and god forbid the wrong way) quoted me $700 for this tattoo. I went somewhere else and got it done for $250. They overprice insanely just to see how much money they can get out of you. Don't come here cause u will be scammed out a couple hundred. read more

I would suggest avoiding Kingdom Tattoo. I would not color in any stars but Yelp seems to insist that at least one is highlighted. We went to have my daughter's ears pierced. No one was masked there. I requested that the piercer be masked and she said she couldn't do that. I asked why not and explained that to pierce someone's ears meant being very near their face. She said No one in Danvers is masking. I explained that I wasn't concerned about Danvers but about my daughter. She told me she couldn't mask because she was pregnant. None of this made sense. There is no logic to any of this. Then she told us she would not pierce my daughter's ears because she was not comfortable working with us anymore. We took our signed information and left. All I can say is there are better places to go where people will have compassion and think clearly. Wacky irrational thinking about life and death issues. Get your tats and piercings elsewhere. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!!! I went to get my industrial pierced, and it was pierced completely wrong. My 2+ hour wait was the icing on the cake, and I had called ahead that day in order to secure an appointment to make sure that wouldn't happen. It was incredibly unprofessional, and I should have trusted my gut and left then. Also, one of the balls on my industrial fell off less than 24 hours after piercing, and they made me pay $50 to purchase an entirely new bar when I returned the day after piercing. Due to the positioning of the top piercing, the bar was slowly sliding through my ear as it healed. I went to another shop to get a second opinion two weeks later, and they suggested I remove it immediately as it would never heal. It was pierced so close to my head that I couldn't tuck my hair behind my ear anymore. I have to wait three months to get it repierced. When I called for a refund, they said they would email me back, but thnever did. I had to call back a month later and send my online banking statement, and they refunded me $45 of the $139 I paid. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to go back here for a piercing. read more

I just left the shop without being helped or even properly acknowledged. I went in wanting to perches a nose ring and would have bought one if I was shown any respect as a customer. I politely asked to see the nose rings three times and the two people who where working behind the counter acted as if we weren't there. It was the oddest thing, they lost a sale and a customer. Very poor customer service. I called to make an appointment for a nose piercing some guy picked up the phone and asked me to call back in 20 minutes with no explanation as to why, I agreed and called back in 20 minutes as I was instructed. I call back and the same guy picks up and asks me to call back in 5 minutes because the piercer was finishing up with a client. I called back after 5-10 minutes and no one answered my calls went to voicemail. I called back the next day hoping to be able to speak to the piercer to make the appointment and as I was in the middle of talking I was hung up on. This is disgusting and childish. Had an appt booked, due to COVID precautions they couldn't take walk Ins, and when I went in I was properly greeted, this place is absolutely stunning, clean, with a medieval theme I could barely hear the tattoo machines with all the high tech now-a days. The Music was awesome, they even had a gamer TV on from someones live play. Picked out my piercing, the piercer was the sweetest, everything was pouched and sterile. Loved my piercing highly recommend and of course ill be back ! They speak, Portuguese and English so that was a plus for me too! read more
