What can I say about Drayer Linglestown without absolutely gushing.... well let's gush anyway. First off, newly remodeled clinic is very nice, very clean and welcoming. excellent decor and extra touches by staff. While all the staff have been exemplary, I have had the pleasure of working closing with a few... Jenn at reception is wonderful. Always friendly and extremely helpful with rescheduling and arranging visits. Very perky on the phone. Derrick is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile when it comes to education and patient advocacy. Even on very tough days, he was encouraging and quietly comforting. Lauren is awesome! Very encouraging, excellent energy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Makes PT, if not fun, at least as lovely as possible. Jackie is an absolute marvel. Extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help patients regain strength and mobility. Excellent mix of touch and supportive to help achieve best results. Angelo is another fantastic encourager with extensive knowledge base. excellent to work with. Honorable mention to everyone else I have had the pleasure of working with.... well.. its PT, its no fun really. But you all make it as wonderful as you're able. Solid place to do Physical Therapy. The youth of some of the trainers and techs brings life to the place, which makes the boring/repetative task of rehabilitation easier to bear. Great bedside manner. I learned that many physical therapists use the job as a stepping stone en route to becoming an orthopedic surgeon, like my doctor, so tehy know what they're doing. read more

Was truly amazed by how Patrick took care of me. Amazing job he knows his stuff very well. However I wish I could say the same for Danielle who out of no where became my physical therapist she needs more schooling does not pay enough attention to her patients she spent more time looking around at the other male patients. I have decided to go to another place for my PT its sad I tried to give it another try but still the same . If you get Patrick you will walk out feeling so much better a true professional. When I dislocated my knee, I came here for physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. They explain everything to you and make you feel better. At the time, my family didn't have much money and drayer was able to work out a payment plan for us. I was so thankful. My knees both got stronger in no time and when my treatment was over, they sent me home with exercises to do to keep them strong. I think they are totally a reason why my knees have not dislocated again. read more

What started out as a positive experience ended in a nightmare when my therapist Kyle decided my ailments didn't warrant me being on disability even though he had no clue why I was in disability and it wasn't for physical reasons... He had heard me over talking and seemed to have copped an attitude with me. Everyone else got constant one on one attention, massages while I would go in there in tears in pain so bad and would just get thrown in heat or told to exercise. Then after he had been informed that I injure easy and had been bedridden for almost nine months prior to starting he decided to switch up over half my exercises in one day and started them with resistance. This threw me into a complete flare and now months later I am still dealing with a pulled muscle in my arm thank to him. Don't mention fibromyalgia or you will be treated as a second class citizen by this man. Would not recommend going if you don't have a diagnosis that he doesn't approve of. read more

Wouldnt go back. As most doctor recommends therapy you look up and go wherever is close, not knowing how different therapy places work. This place is very youthful, they must go off a script for each injury, with no real clue how to help. After surgery visited twice each time i left in worse pain than i went in. Thought this cant be right, called around and found another place not far. What a difference. While drayer was concerned that i only had x amount of insurance visits, the new place went right to work. In half the recommended visits of drayer i was done. With each visit i felt better not worse. Use your instincts if drayer is not helping maybe you should look elsewhere. read more
