You're then left to figure out which garage door to enter to find someone to help you. We walked into the meat store next door then back out to find the unmarked entrance to the restaurant supply store. Everything is thrown inside without rhyme or reason. We stumbled our way around looking for a stainless steel cart. We had already been to another, more organized used restaurant equipment store in Orange and had done research online on what we were looking for. We eventually found a cart buried under an espresso machine that would have worked for our purpose. After some effort to find someone to help us, we were give a price of $200 for the used, dirty, dented cart. Since we already knew that this exact cart was available online at WebstaurantStore new for $160 dollars, we left. Don't waste your time.

I did not like that I was bamboozled when I saw a box of Raisin Bran for .50cents, it was expired. Ice is worth it. You get a case of 12 bags (around 2-4 lbs each) for real cheap! (like 3 dollars) King lighters and medicine is also prices well. Packs of coke, are good when you're running low. But it's a better deal at a big chain supermarket at .99cents. (That's when you have to stock up!) Service is great, they're fairly nice. Fast transactions. Employees hauling palettes in and out of the store are attentive and sometimes take things to your car. 4 stars, Amigos!

Sadly, today was my last visit to Villa Market…read more I ride a motorcycle. I carry my phone, identification, etc in a backpack when I ride. I've never been asked about my bag in the 4 1/2 years I've come here. Today, as I was finishing my shopping, the young security guard came up to me "Are you checking out soon?" Me: Yes, when I'm finished. Him: You can't have a backpack. Me: Well, first, you don't require purses to be left in the car, or those big bags folks carry. Arbitrarily singling out backpacks is a bit ridiculous, but I know it's not YOUR policy. Secondarily, you don't have a secure place for me to place my bag - and you're "not responsible for lost or stolen items". I told him I wasn't upset with him, and I set the items down. Unnecessarily, I opened my backpack to show him I'm not a thief, and then let him know that I wouldn't be back. (I also commented that without probable cause, even a cop couldn't ask me to open my bag and there was no probably cause as I had the items I was going to purchase in my hand, bag in my back and zipped up.) They have cameras, employees on every aisle (sometimes in the way), and security. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Shame, too, because I had friendly convos with most of the cashiers over the past few years.
