Enrique originally helped me with a tire hole that needed to be patched. Then, when I drove, I heard a noise and I returned because I wanted to be sure it wasn't because of the establishment. Edwin then rode in the car with me and listened and found the source, low rear brakes. So I went to O'Reilly auto parts and purchased the parts and they gave me a special deal of $120 to replace the brake shoes and drums. I came here to get my rotors and brake pads replaced. I called ahead and was told it would be $100 since I already had my own parts. After they said the work was done, my car was still squeaky and creaking, and after the fact I was still having to brake hard, which made me check the work. I noticed my rotors were still rusty and clearly hadn't been replaced. I went to another shop to have my car checked, and they confirmed that only my brake pads were replaced and not the rotors. On top of that, my rotors were missing. I used to be a regular customer here, but after being scammed and having my parts taken, I will never come back. Make sure to check your car carefully before leaving because they will take advantage if they can. read more

But, just a few days later my tire pressure light came on. I took it to a local shop by my work. They said that my rear driver side tire is low. Guess what? I wish I could give 0 stars because these people are liars and cheats. My boyfriend got a used tire from them which had bumps and waves in the tread. We drove on it and noticed that the car/tire was not only making noise but also felt the alignment could have been off. We went to another shop (highly recommended -- Ray Deeters on Pacific and 11th, down the street) who noticed the tire was effed up. We went back to Rolling Tires and they told us that they "informed" us of the "noisy tire" before they put it on..What a crock of shi*. Then they said they'd put on a brand new tire for $210 and deduct the value of the BS used tire they sold us. The funny thing is they didn't even have a new tire to replace it with. We went back to Ray's and got a new tire and rotation for less money. The only positive is that once we brought the crappy used tire back to Rolling Tires, they actually gave us the money back. He examined the tire quickly and figured out how to fix it. They identified the problem, patched my tires, and did in with such good customer service! My tire patch was decently priced at $10! Nice selection of rims and tires.... But the service is IMPECCABLE! We showed up with a flat around noon on Monday expecting to wait. They took us right away and showed us a range of tires that were comparable to ours (since they didn't have ours in stock) and since we commute a distance every day getting a tire today was of utmost importance. They quoted us a great price and the entire transaction took about 30 minutes give or take. There is a small waiting area, there is a soda machine and they take all major credit/debit cards. I believe they also offer credit. The employees are hard-working and also bilingual. I would choose this place over America's tires or American tire depot any day. read more

This place is a joke. I won't lie, i don't know much about cars, rims, tires, etc. so i came here and bought rims for my car...paid $550.. Days go by, i think everything is fine. Then i got a flat and went to a place and they asked where i got my rims put on and i told them where...they said i needed 5 lugnuts and only had 4 on? So you're telling me my wheels require 5 but i only have 4...that sounds so UNSAFE!!! I called and some Mexican dude with a heavy accent answered and said i drove off so that's not their problem.
