We cleaned it thoroughly inside and out in preparation for use, but we were too grossed out to use it. When I returned it and explained that we hadn't used it, that the equipment was dirty and rusty, the lady's excuse was that it was the end of the season. When I explained that we didn't use it because it was gross, and that we would appreciate a refund, she was unapologetic and said "we don't do refunds". Maybe this was an isolated incident regarding the equipment condition, but the customer service is definitely lacking.

I was caught off guard when the price went significantly up upon arrival of the tables and chairs. I made multiple phone calls but the office wasn't open and the delivery men had to leave so I paid them and wrote on the contract I was quoted a lower price and told that they could reverse money from the office. After calling non stop all day I finally received a call back and they advised it was the fault of the man who was handling my account and if I wanted the money back it would have to come from his pocket personally because he quoted me wrong. The man called me to apologize and I spoke with him twice but never received my $70 resimbursement. I feel that was incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation and it was never resolved. For these reasons I don't recommend using the company for cheating me out of the price I was quoted, quality and customer service over all. Many of friends are getting married and hosting parties and I have told them all to stay away.

I came to her in September 2019, my wedding was suppose to be June 28th 2020. The INVOICE says non refundable. But due to Covid 19 which was out of my hands and out of hers - she didn't have a heart to give back my deposit. Every other vendor gave back all deposits without even a blink of an eye because Covid was effecting everyone. Covid was an "act of god". When I had a conversation with the owner I was called "hunny" and was belittled and felt she was being condescending. She continued to make remarks such as "time is money sweetie" "let's not get it twisted I'm done here" and states the following: "ok np as ypi said you will not neededing about services by your choice not ours so ypu officially have canceled our non- refundable contract" Canceling the non refundable contract when I was having a conversation about finances and how I don't have any future events planned. She stated I could use the $500 on a future event, but with the hole Covid has put me in even year later I couldn't even fathom spending money on a party when I loose sleep at night how I am going to put food on the table for my children. I shouldn't have to either loose my $500 OR have to spend more money in the future to use up that $500. Even when I have tried to think of another party to use it up i contacted her about using the $500 she wanted me to pay an additional $300 towards a service because her pricing has went up. I have even helped her with projects and crafts for her events in the past. I considered her a crafty knowledgeable friend. In our conversation via text she even went out of her way to put down the projects I have went out of my way for her in the past: Stating: "The t shirts you made the letters fell apart" "No one really cared for for them" She came to me I went to her vise versa.for ideas and crafts. I feel very upset that she couldn't see Covid as an act of god and she keeps referring to her "invoice" that states no refunds applicable on deposit payment". No one asked for Covid or their dream wedding to be canceled in order to keep loved ones safe. I had to accept that my wedding HAD to cancel. I am IN HOPES that Mia Party Creation can come to an agreement.

Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!
