Went to a birthday party hosted here on Nov 26, and absolutely loved it! The rooms are big and full of bouncy houses and obstacle courses. Parents could chat amongst themselves while still keeping an eye on the kids. Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back! read more

What was rude was sending him in to question me after you knew I paid you. Your back is to the cameras where you could visually see if you looked that the child was well over an infant because he can walk and talk. You have terrible customer service skills and you said that customer service had nothing to do with it when it has everything to do with it! Your employee question only me in front of other parents was embarrassing and you did not even apologize! You got defensive but as I walk away you reprimanded him so you're full of it with your response. $40 is a lot of money and you have poor business ethics. read more

I came here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. The place was big and had a big parking lot. Its legit on the borderline of Nassau and Suffolk counties. They have a lot of inflatables for all the kids to jump and have fun. My daughter was scared to come down a tall slide and the employee got up there and helped my daughter slide down which I appreciated. Then we go to a glow in the dark party room with dancing which was fun with bubbles. The kids loved that room and were bouncing around. Only downside is I feel like they rushed the pizza and cake parts. We were still eating pizza and then they started cutting the cake. Other than that I had a good experience. I think my experience could've definitely been better. The place is nice and clean, and your party is the only one in the room at a time. But it felt like a "puppy mill" birthday party experience. It began with the follow up call before the party it was stated, "I have 11 staff working your party and recommended tip is 20%." So, 20% would be about $200, I think 11 staff for 18 kids is excessive but thought let's see how it works at the party. We walk in and no one acknowledges the birthday boy to identify him throughout the party, ok happens check in is busy. I give over our party supplies and balloons and ask where the room is I will help set up. They said they got it; it'll be good to go when we get in. We do the first play area and I see 1 staff member never had any interaction with them. Go to second room 2 staff, again zero interaction. They gave out glow necklaces I had to go ask for one for the birthday boy, again staff didn't acklowedge him or make a point to give him one. Then the staff member calls everyone for a photo with the birthday boy they had no idea who it was and what his name was. Fast forward to eating room, there are 2 workers in there, no balloons in there that I gave them when I walked in and part of the decorations were just left in the box. Then in front of the whole party worker brings the balloons in and says sorry new girl doing the check in put the balloons on wrong table but we assumed they belonged in here. A little unprofessional but they are kids so you let it slide. While the kids are all eating pizza, nowhere near done, staff says ok lets prepare to do the cake. I stop my son from eating pizza to sing happy birthday. Kids are now eating cake, my son is still eating, staff says ok can we have the birthday boy come up to give out the gift bags as everyone was still eating cake!! Final straw was I go to pay the bill again the staff says there was 11 staff members working YOUR party, which is key word here, recommended tip is 20%. I can definitely get on board with 20% tip which is what I gave for my other sons' birthday at a different place, but the party and service was exceptional. The staff here was not exceptional and there were definitely not 11 staff used to cover my sons' party. Maybe they have 11 staff in the whole place for the day which might be more accurate. I think there are too many places to have a party in Long Island that do such an exceptional job that does treat you like another number, I would recommend one of them. read more

Such an amazing place to have a party. They aren't open to the public and all parties are private which we loved. It as special just us and our guests. The staff is amazing. They helped the kids that needed help and really engaged with all the kids to ensure everyone was having a great time especially the birthday girl. The flow from one arena to the next was seamless. The 2nd arena with the glow party really made it so exciting not just for the kids but all the parents loved it to. What a great added touch. Highly recommend Jump Town! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Oh--and that candy cannon --what a hit! read more

I had my daughter's birthday here last weekend. The whole experience was horrid. You can see my Google review for details. It is too much to write again. What I will say though is instead of at least hearing an apology for everything me and my guests went through, I received a threatening call from the owner after he viewed my Google review, using horrible language for me,my family and my guests. I have reported the business. Justice will be served. Please do not waste your money here. There are so many great businesses on Long Island that deserve your hard earned money. read more

My kids love this place. We have had a few parties here and it always on point. The staff is friendly and courteous. The place is spotless. The kids love the glow arena and of course that candy cannon. I've offered them other places to have a party to see if they would prefer other places that have gone for a party and they always say Jump Town USA. read more
