I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me! They don't tell u this upfront! Do ur due diligence!

The entire team was a pleasure to work with and their work was excellent! True artists! It is rare to find a team that will work ten hour days but they did. After a tree sized pecan branch fell on our fence/house/deck my neighbor (whose tree it was) called…read morea tree service that came out immediately. Which reminds me that I need to write another review. But since the fence and deck it damaged were mine, I immediately called my insurance agent. Fast forward to having a recommended deck and fence person that was recommended come out, give a quote, and then ghost, then you have me using the handy dandy Request A Quote feature on Yelp. Fencing Unlimited was the only one to respond and Alex was very quick in all responses. He came out and gave me a quote the very next week on that and another small project I had. He was up front and said it might be a few weeks before he could do it since he had a few other major projects going at the same time. I appreciated his honesty and was happy to wait. The only issue I had is that he went radio silent for more than a few weeks. But like I said, he was busy and I get that. So after a quick phone call, he said he would have people out the very next week. Which he did. They did amazing work. They even went above and beyond and fix some of our loose spindles even though I didn't ask. When he came to check on the work (which a recent contractor never did), he apologized for the delay. I was very pleased with the work they did and all my interactions with Alex. Note that they do far more than decks and fences and if I do any other house renovations, I will definitely give them a call.

Went on the roof, saw where there are water stains from a leak, and went in the attic. There is no evidence of the roof leaking. It has to be the chimney. Technician was super helpful and informative. I highly highly recommend Shipp Roofing!
