Then they told me they no longer did foam and could only correct the issues with cellulose. I told them that was not what I paid for and that I wanted at least a partial refund for the unfinished work. After that, they just quit responding to calls or emails. I had written then if as having gone out of business after my last attempt to call their number was answered with a different business name. In doing other projects since this fiasco last year, I came across them in a Google search and clicked thinking it was an old listing. Apparently they have changed contact information, but it is the same business name with the same individuals listed associated with it. Avoid these guys like the plague.
