Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

I called their customer service today and spoke with Taylor. I told her that I needed to know what my current balance is. I also told her I wanted to cancel my service at the clinic. She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR JUNE WHEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP ANY MONITORING AT THE CLINIC AT ALL. Does this make any sense at all. I have owned my clinic since 1995. I work hard for my money. Since we didn't have any electrician recommendations, I naturally referenced yelp and automatically noticed all the positive reviews but what really stood out to me was the quick response time MacPhee had! I had never used the "get a quote" feature on yelp until this and I will definitely be using that more often! It walks you through your problem step by step and even allows you to use photos. The business then will reply with an estimate. Mark (the owner) responded within the hour. I then called him and we got an appointment scheduled. Him and his son, Connor showed up and they were both super friendly and went straight to work! They were able to address the issue and fix it within 30 mins or so. He explained to me what had happened and how he corrected it. His service call fee is $110. These guys are very kind and professional. I would recommened them to anyone who needs an electrician. They texted me when they're on their way also which I like. I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler so anytime the phone rings I never answer because I can't hold a conversation with all the noise.

We had a home warranty company that sent their contracted electrician for two incorrectly installed…read moreoutlets in our kitchen. One for the dishwasher and the other for the stove. The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.
