Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

I paid $250 total -- $75 to Jennifer in advance and $175 directly to the entertainer on the day of the party. I did not pay $175 as stated in her response. I also was never told that I was booking a trainee or that a trainee would arrive without the attire, table/chair setup, or level of service the owner had described. Had that been communicated before I booked, I would have chosen another company. The owner initially acknowledged to me in writing that she had missed my requests and failed to communicate the level of service I was booking. I stand by my original review and unfortunately would not recommend this company based on my experience. Original Post: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. We paid $250 for two hours of face painting and balloon twisting for my son's birthday party. On the company's intake form, I specifically selected that we wanted the entertainer to arrive in costume and that she would need to bring her own table. Neither happened. The entertainer arrived in jeans and a gray college sweatshirt with no company attire or costume, and without a table or even a chair for herself. She had only a small tray for her supplies, so I had to find a bench and figure out where to set her up. She was pleasant and the face painting and balloons themselves were fine, but there was very little engagement or presence as a party entertainer. Several guests didn't realize she was the entertainer, and I spent time directing parents and children over to her instead of enjoying my son's party. When I contacted the owner afterward, she initially apologized and acknowledged that she had missed my requests on the intake form and that the communication failure was on her end. She also explained that their artists normally arrive in company attire. I was then told that the person sent to our party was actually a trainee and that trainees do not bring tables, chairs, specific attire, or costumes. This was never disclosed to me before booking. Had I known I was paying $250 for a trainee with a substantially different level of service, I would have chosen one of the other entertainment companies we were considering. I understand that mistakes happen, and the entertainer herself was perfectly nice. My disappointment is with paying for one experience, receiving something very different, and only learning afterward that we had been assigned a trainee. Unfortunately, I would not book with this company again.

My husband and I thought she was very professional and experienced since she was considered one of the listed vendors at our venue. I never made such an impulsive purchase, but I immediately asked for the contract and sent her the deposit that afternoon. One thing I liked about Jackie was the fact that I was able to text her anytime and any day if I had a question or needed something. Not only was she responsive, she would ask around if she didn't have the answer. The month before our big day, we had our meeting to go over details and timeline. She made sure to reach out to every single one of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. The week of the wedding was hectic for us, but she was made sure her timeline matched our photographer and everything was in place. I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before. She checked in with us throughout the night and gave us a heads up before the next agenda. She orchestrated the entire night so effortlessly that I felt at ease. If I could give Jackie more than 5 stars, I would! She was the best impromptu decision I've made throughout our entire wedding process. From beginning to end, we always felt that we were in good hands and felt like we were in the company of family. After searching for a couple of months for a decorator that knew exactly what my wife and I wanted for our wedding, we stumbled upon Prime Party Rentals on Yelp. From the very beginning the experience was different from other decorators. They listened to our ideas and also expanded upon them to make them even better! Other vendors pushed us to change our ideas in favor for something else, but Prime Party Rentals always put our wants and needs first. Moh and Farah were always communicating with us and were able to accommodate us even on short notice. They helped us pick the perfect flowers for both of our venues and even came up with a theme that was so special to us, birds. We had beautiful bird cages, elegant peacock feathers, and lighting with a feather pattern. At one point, the coordinator at our venue was not working with us with a few things, one of them was timing of set up and tear down. That's when Moh and Farah stepped in and spoke to our venue coordinator for us! Not only did they speak with our venue coordinator but they were able to get us more time for set up which relieved so much stress for us. Everything was perfect and beautiful at our ceremony and reception. Our guests are still talking about it till this day! We recieved so many compliments on our decorations, one of our favorites was, " Wow this is like a wedding you see in the movies, it's a royal wedding." There were so many things to think about and even with most of our vendors in order and a wedding coordinator by our side, it still seemed like a never ending to do list. Our wedding planner suggested that we meet with Moh at Prime Party Rentals so he arranged our first consultation at his office. I was so over the planning process at this point that I was ready to just accept whatever he was going to put in front of us, just to get it over with. However, the meeting was quite different than I expected and we actually left feeling excited. Moh had a general idea in his head of what he could do with the event spaces, but he knew we had our own ideas and were conscious of budget. Unlike the other folks we spoke to, he didn't want to come out the gates pushing his ideas so he conducted more of an intake process. He immediately gave us the floor to give him an idea of what we were looking for and asked a ton of questions to get a pulse on the way we felt about the big picture stuff down to the smallest details. When we weren't sure or asked for his input he had so many great anecdotes to exemplify what he was trying to suss out. Before he walked us through his massive showroom (the fun part!) he briefly introduced the theme that he came up with from our conversation that hour. It was exactly in line with our tastes and was tailored around enhancing the strengths of the venues. When he called it the Gardens of Versailles, it was at that moment that it was no longer a long list of to do's, we could finally envision what our big day was going to look like. At the risk of sounding cliché, it truly felt like we got our dream wedding thanks to Moh's creative and thoughtful design. He tended to every detail, no matter what changes we through at him. His rental rates were pretty competitive from what our other vendors would have charged. He was extremely responsive, flexible when we had feedback, and overall very fun to work with. If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area and looking for a wedding to remember, Moh is your guy.
