Not only did she book me on a wonderful 5 day getaway to Bermuda, but the upgrades and requests and travel time was brilliantly done. I literally just lacked my bags and went. I used her to book a vacation to Riviera Maya in Mexico. The absolute most beautiful vacation I have been on. Everything is seemless when I deal directly with Linda. I tell her what I want, where I want to go, how long and how much. She takes care of the rest. The only thing I have to worry about is getting to the airport to catch a flight. I have heard horror stories from some people about travel agencies and I am shocked. I didn't realize how lucky I was until I had heard about vacation nightmares that could have easily been prevented. I always recommend Linda. I have sent multiple people to her and they are also amazed. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has first class taste. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else! A few days ago, we all received travel packets via FedEx. Unfortunately for me, my packet was sent to my Winter address and is still sitting at that front door. When I heard from another member of our group that they received a fedex, I contacted Largay. What do you know...Ken is traveling and won't be available for another week. The good ol' Bump and Run of sending something unexpected and not being available to follow up afterward. That is what Fara from Travel by Fara did for me. My daughter was down in south Florida for her first year away at college, and less than 3 weeks in, here comes hurricane Irma heading right for her. I had exhausted all efforts trying to find a flight out for her on my own. My daughter told me one of her classmates had used a travel agency with great luck, so I gave it a shot. Fara took my call personally and immediately started searching for a flight. She understood how I was feeling as a mother, and took the task on as if it was her own child. She was able to find a flight out of Miami, but it was departing in less than 3 hours. She had me get on another call with my daughter to inform her to gather her belongings and get a ride down to the airport asap. As I was doing that, Fara remained on the phone with me, still searching for a better flight. With pretty much everything being sold out, I wasn't hopeful, but was so happy that she had found something. We remained on the phone for well over a half hour until she knew my daughter was in the Uber on her way to the airport. There was another flight that Fara was seeing, but it wasn't coming available for her to choose yet. She told me she wanted to give it 10 minutes to see if it would become available, but in the meantime we still had the other flight secured. We hung up. 10 minutes later, Fara calls me back. She was able to get an even better flight, into a closer airport to me, and half the price of the original flight!!! I don't know how she did it! I couldn't be more thankful to her. She made it her mission to help me and my daughter. My daughter made it home safe and sound without a hitch.
