The driver was erratic and aggressive and was unfamiliar with how to drive without making people ill in the back. 4 of our 6 passengers ending up ill by the time we made it there. The limo that was provided was old and dingy. It was a TIGHT squeeze to fit 6 adults in the back. While driving on the highway, one of the passenger doors "fell open" and wind came gushing in. The driver, after a request to pull over, did so, slammed the door shut, and promptly told us "don't lean on it". No one was leaning on it. But 40 minutes later it happened again. When we checked the door, the rubber liner between the door and car was cracked and had pieces piecing from it. On our ride home, our driver went the wrong way on the highway causing us to sit in traffic for 25 minutes the wrong way. He then drove two complete circles around Boston trying to find the correct highway to get back onto, adding over an hour of unnecessary time in the car. When I contacted the owner, I was told "thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it". No apology. No concern for myself or my friends and our safety having almost fallen out of a moving vehicle. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company, the owner, and the driver. I would never recommend them to anyone and would caution anyone prior to getting in one of their vehicles as this seems to not be of any concern.

My parents travelled with a large group of family friends to Southern Africa about 12 years ago to celebrate my mom's friend's 50th birthday. She is from South Africa and insisted they all book through Classic Africa. From our first conversation, I knew Classic Africa was right for us. I never felt like they were trying to sell us anything. They were honest about what we should do/where we should stay based on many years in the business. I liked that they are straight shooters--I don't like bad surprises, especially on vacation. In mid-2019, we put down our deposit on our dream trip to Southern Africa, which included stops in Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Fugitive's Drift, Sabi Sands, and Victoria Falls. Then...the pandemic hit and the trip was put on hold. We re-booked for August-September 2021, but we're still unsure if we would be able to travel this year. Everything was better than we could have ever imagined. They booked everything for us--hotels, tours, private charter flights, transfers and more. Our group made our own airline and hotel arrangements for our arrival and departure. This trip has been planned for over a year with minimal help from Ken. A few days ago, we all received travel packets via FedEx. Unfortunately for me, my packet was sent to my Winter address and is still sitting at that front door. When I heard from another member of our group that they received a fedex, I contacted Largay. What do you know...Ken is traveling and won't be available for another week. The good ol' Bump and Run of sending something unexpected and not being available to follow up afterward.
