My experience buying a pre-owned Toyota Sequoia from Dream Garage could not have been any better. Because I live in another state, I negotiated the deal entirely online via text messages between myself and Tommy Finn, my salesperson. Tommy just couldn't have been any nicer or more responsive to all my texts. He always responded to me right away and answered all my questions. Sometimes, he would respond at his home, even before he arrived at the dealership. When the transport company that was set to deliver my car to me across several states had a problem with a broken axle on their truck, Tommy opened the dealership early on a Sunday morning so they could pick up my car in another enclosed truck a day later than originally planned. Dream Garage cars are all very clean, well presented with lots of photos, and in beautiful condition. was already unhappy with being charged $400 for tint they added on a $7800 car. But, I was seething when I drove 3 hours home only to notice there is no tint on the car...just the factory privacy glass listed on the sticker from the factory. I overpaid $400 for the old aftermarket "tint" trick and still need pay to tint my front windows. No reply when I brought it to their attention. Not worth my time other than warning the public here. Do not buy a car here. I'm telling you the car I bought is not a car that works. It does not get the full mileage. They lied about damages and kept partial payment. The car does not hold a charge. It sat in a parking lot all day charging. You can charge it all day and will only get you 13mi before going down to 0 battery charge. We sent them plenty of proof and pictures from the moment of the charge to the moment we arrived home and how drastically it went down. If I could write more than one review I would. If I could give no stars I would. They had the car for two days, mind you Pierre stated he inspected the car didn't say anything was wrong with it until I asked for my partial payment back. Pierre also stated that there was an issue with the battery. So how is it possible that this car is fully functional? They damaged that car and put blame on me. That's the only explanation. It literally went nowhere but my home and a charging station. We had to get it towed that's how much the car doesn't function. There was no way I could've damaged the car. I'm going to have everyone who was with me trying to get the car to run properly, write a review so that you all know this car doesn't work. That way you all can know how serious this is. They are being reported. Do not get a vehicle here. I cannot stress this enough. They withhold documents they will keep your money. The owner Mariya is rude and will put you down and make you feel low as she did with me. Then she will say it's in her culture to be that way as she said to me I have pictures proving that. The Manager Pierre stated I'd receive my refund for the vehicle but kept $500 partial payment. If the whole payment was on the cashiers check I would've received everything. But simply because it was through Zelle to the owner they found a loophole and will not return the remainder of my payment. Do not trust Pierre, he withheld an important document that we repeatedly asked for we have proof of that as well . He didn't send that document until there were issues. My guess to cover their tracks. Do not send anything through Zelle I'm telling you they will keep it if there are issues. This is not the place you want to go to. Purchased an 04 Lexus LS 430. Car advertised as in excellent condition with ultra luxury package. This is a $13k upgrade when new. Car was in excellent condition but without the package. KBB values the package at about $800. Spoke with the owner about some type of compensation. Although she acknowledged the mistake and was sympathetic she did not offer any price reduction. We had purchased the car over the internet and already had it shipped so were not anxious about shipping it back. Again the car was in the excellent condition that was described and that is why they get a 4th star. Beware! They lie to you, steal and ignore you after you purchase the vehicle. I purchased a Range Rover Sport from these guys a couple months ago. The vehicle has some upholstery issues and the ignition button was broken. The manager Paul, said he would give me a check for $150 dollars for the upholstery work and would order and mail me a new ignition button for the car the next day. He was also going to call me the next day to help me purchase the extended warranty for the vehicle. After I paid cash for the car, and after several calls and empty promises, I never received the $150 dollar check, never received the ignition button and never received a call about the extended warranty. Each time I call they make an excuse and say they will mail it the next day. It's been over two months. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism by this group, my recommendation is stay away, but if you decide to buy from them, make sure you take care of everything on the day of the sale, because they will forget about you the moment you walk out the door. read more
