Thank you so very much for the excellent work completed on our daughter's new 2024 Nissan Sentra! The bodywork team did an excellent job repairing the minor damage to the passenger side noted when we signed for the vehicle. The added detail work made the car shine like it was brand new. It is so nice to know that a dealership, like Goldies Motors, stands by the quality of its vehicles offered and its repeat customer service. You're diligence in notifying our daughter and even providing her with a loaner vehicle was outstanding. Please extend my thanks to you Barry and your team and to Micah Brooks for another deal done and its excellent customer service. Wishing you and the Sales Team a very Happy and Healthy New Year in 2025. Please feel free to use us for a sales reference if the need arises. We cannot thank Goldies Motors for the top-notch services and products it provides to the Phoenix community.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I didn't spend hours negotiating and wasting my time. I got approved by filling out their credit app then looked at some trucks. They had some beautiful trucks on the floor but not exactly what I wanted so I waited a week and they let me know about a Toyota Tacoma that came in and it was perfect! They let me know when it was ready, went in, signed everything, and my husband drove away in his beautiful truck. I have since bought one other car from them and I will never buy another car from anywhere else! Awesome customer service!

This doesn't look properly torqued with locktite per manufacturer recommendations to me!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER! We purchased a used Corvette from them a couple months ago. There was an existing mechanical issue with the car that they agreed to fix as a condition of sale. It was sent to their "corvette specialist " mechanic not once but twice and both times it was not repaired properly. Their mechanic did not torque the bolt and ended up backing itself out causing further damage. Now they are claiming it was sold without a warranty. Their response was to let their guy look at it yet again. If he had the ability to fix it properly, he would have done it one of the other times he had it. This is totally unacceptable. They are definitely more concerned about profit margins than customer satisfaction and making sure vehicles are safe and reliable. GO BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!

Thank you Chris for all of your help!

John was really helpful when we went to test drive it, and made sure he got the best deal for my son.

I would shop here again if I had more money Isaac Granados…read moreis awesome I'm referring him to everyone I know until I can come back

I had a very disappointing experience at Carizona…read more I spent hours at the dealership working through a deal with Danny and a manager. I was presented with monthly payment numbers that I agreed to. I literally signed an agreement. Before signing, I made sure to ask all the right questions. I verified the monthly payment multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing. After signing the initial agreement, purchasing car insurance, paying my down payment, and providing six references along with proof of income and residency, I was brought into the finance office to sign the final paperwork--the last step before receiving the keys. I signed several documents (privacy forms, warranty paperwork, etc.) before we got to the retail installment contract showing the loan terms and monthly payment. This is where I felt like I was hit with a bait-and-switch. The monthly payment on the contract was about $100 higher than what we had agreed to. I immediately spoke up. We had agreed to **$389/month**. The contract said **$482.09/month**, while the finance manager told me his computer showed **$489/month**. Somehow there were three different payment amounts for the same deal. At that point, I was told they could no longer honor the payment we had agreed to. Whether that was because of the bank or dealership management was never clearly explained. We asked them to honor the agreement we had already signed, but they refused. Instead, they countered with a payment of around $450/month, even though I had repeatedly stated throughout the 7-8 hours we were there that my budget was **$400/month or less**. I walked out of the finance office without signing anything further. To their credit, the salesperson I worked with genuinely tried to make the deal happen, but the final decision appeared to come from management or the finance department. We ultimately left without purchasing the vehicle after spending nearly an entire day at the dealership. We had actually tried to leave around 3:00 p.m., but were assured they had found a vehicle that fit my budget. Unfortunately, that fell apart at the very last step. After canceling the deal, I was understandably concerned about getting my money back. Thankfully, the dealership did process a full refund, and Victor was very responsive and quick to provide documentation showing it was being processed. My insurance company also refunded my policy. Overall, I left feeling that the sales process lacked transparency--which is ironic, because "transparency" was mentioned repeatedly throughout the sales presentation. If a dealership cannot honor the payment being presented to a customer, that should be made clear **before** someone spends hours completing paperwork, purchases insurance, pays a down payment, and provides extensive personal information. While I appreciate that the refund was handled appropriately, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I chose to continue my car search elsewhere. I would encourage anyone shopping here to carefully review every document, verify every number, and avoid purchasing insurance or handing over money until the final loan contract is in front of you.

They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. I have almost 2 years of experiences with them and have been treated fairly and they have extended themselves in a few cases well beyond what should be expected...back to the reap what you sow. If you need a vehicle for rideshare as I have or a short term rental I would highly recommend this group. It is always great to spend dollars with great people who provide professional and dependable service.

The vehicles they rent you here are absolutely atrocious. The brakes went out in my car, and I…read morereturned the vehicle, and I have the company texting me asking me how I'm gonna pay the bill. I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice). The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired. Stay away, I wish I would've saved my money.
