He told her I'm the only one here, the Kiosk for Amazon is over there, and points to the self serve. Dude, if shes GOING TO THE COUNTER, she needs help. And of coooourse it's the same guy that didn't want to help me when I had like 5 packages in my hand, and one big box. No one else was in the store. He told me to use the kiosk as well. I needed tape and asked if I could use his. He told me I had to bring my own tape or buy it. And someone else walks in and brought their own tape so I ended up asking to borrow theirs. Terrible. I've also wanted to come here like 6ish on a week day and they were completely closed for the day. I work in Livermore and would rather wait to go there or drive all the way to the Naglee location where they are HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I only go here if I have one small item and I can use the kiosk. Don't go here if you need help with your packages. These people are NOT looking to help others. They're just here to exist. Unless they don't want to help other people of color. Because they are not helping other Asians out.

First, from a business perspective, they invested the time to understand my vision, my desired user experience, and what I wanted to do long-term with this integration. The team was able to take the business outcomes I needed and ensure that they were met in the integration. Second, the team was able to learn a new codebase in a fairly short amount of time. Understanding someone else's code and successfully adding value to the code in a day is hard to do. These guys were able to do that and learn a new technology and a new API. Lastly, these guys gave up their weekend to get the quick turnaround that I needed.
