I worked with Pro Stitch USA for one of my events, and they seriously blew me away. I needed about 50 shirts, and they made sure every single one came out with amazing quality. The colors were exactly what I was hoping for, super bright and eye-catching. When I walked into their shop, the customer service was so down-to-earth and genuine. You can tell they really care about doing right by their customers. The turnaround was quick, everything looked great, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for printing or embroidery. Responsive, reliable, and high quality! I worked with Pro Stitch USA to have two custom designs printed on my personal garments using the DTG printing method. Most places I talked to would not print on any given garments, especially the specific 70/30 cotton to polyester blend that I had but the Pro Stitch USA team accepted the job with no problems. The prints came out great, and they even adjusted the coloring so it could have a muted/vintage look that I wanted. I've washed the sweatshirts several times and the quality hasn't deteriorated in the slightest. Ed was easy to work with. Even when there was a minor printing mistake with the tan crewneck, they offered to re-print it free of charge. Their customer service is far beyond excellent and I'm very happy to have worked with them!

Five star I needed some photo digital short print Inter and quick I called around and I went from San Leandro Bay Area and surrounding area was recommended By one of my many calls to try pro stitch and as soon as I spoke with Ed over the phone he was confident he would be able tho help not only Was he able to print the photo of my brother and his boys so he could wear to the playoff 49er game but it was very sentimental to all of us because my Nephew who was also a die hard 9er Fan is no longer with us Ed was very professional and he helped with the font and colors to match perfectly I could not haVe been happier it brought me to tear both happy and sad I since have gone back and made 6 more shirts for family members I had a jacket made for my brother and I plan on making many more personalized items made. I tried to get a very simple job done one that I've had done many times for many years. However the quote given me for the project was so out of whack and very expensive. A set-up fee for a basically typing three letters in the computer and adding the proper size. Then the per item cost was more than 2.5 times more than usual. I am sure this is a tough season and very much aware of inflation and the high rising costs we have now, but if they didn't want my business they could have just said as the others "we do not do jobs like this" I'm sure they care nice people and may do a good job but this customer they lost or maybe they just didn't want read more

Solid craftsmanship and embroidery. The polos came out clean and they fit well. This is a no-nonsense local business and I recommend it for custom work polos. Called and was disrespected by some younger male on the phone trying to explain how business works and buying more would essentially bring the cost down. Told me in business you have to take risks. That being an entrepreneur was about taking risks. I actually have a degree in business and unfortunately I got the concept but will not allow someone to make hundreds of dollars off of me when there is no profit to be made unless I order hundreds of custom hats from them. He then began to fight with me over the phone. I'm guessing they have a contract with the Oak 4 Amazon facility and don't care about other small business owners. read more

I looked high and low for someone to be able to create the embroidered sweatshirt that Eddie was able to do for me! I went through online vendors, and even neighboring embroidery shops. I took the risk and asked Eddie if he could make a design that I sent to him, even though he is located further away. I was not disappointed, very impressed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My boyfriend has been trying to find a good place to get his label embroidered and I found this place on yelp. He called and got great service from beginning to end. Eddie knows what he's talking about and you can tell he genuinely loves his job and cares about his customers and they have great quality of work. They usually do bulk but do take 1s and 2s for customers, they have a machine to stitch 6 shirts at a time! If you need embroidery done I suggest visiting Pro Stitch USA, you wont be disappointed!! Ed is amazing! I needed to get a logo embroidered onto a jacket I had and his team dealt with all my picky requests about editing the logo to make it perfect. The whole team was super patient with me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He also met me halfway to pick up the jacket so I didn't have to travel all the way to Tracy and then had one of his guys meet me by my job to give me the finished jacket. I appreciated them saving me 1 hour+ sitting in traffic just to get the jacket. I definitely will be using him for any future services I need and I highly recommend ProStitch! read more

Established in 2017.

We opened our doors in 2017. Having been in the custom apparel world for many years, my wife and I started our own business out of our garage. We originally started with embroidery and over time, we grew to offer more services. Today we are a fully equipped business offering all types of services to promote your brand - from screen printing and embroidery, to laser engraving and banner printing.

Do yourself a favor and go see Eric at Earth and Ocean before buying something online that looks…read moregreat in advertisements and reviews, but doesn't work for you... And save yourself some money and frustration. The owner, Eric, is legit. He had the gear I needed for a guy my size: 170 ultra wide snowboard, size 15 boots and XL rear entry bindings (can be hard to find even online), and he beat the online price. However, after trying on the size 15 boots I thought I wanted (based on advertisements and reviews), I found the boots to be uncomfortable. Eric pulled out another model boot, but in size 14, and they were way more comfortable. They also fit in the rear entry bindings a lot better. Had I bought the gear I initially wanted online, I would have been stuck with boots that did not fit my foot right, and did not fit my bindings. Then I would have been stuck dealing with the return process, just to take another stab in the dark to try to find boots that would "hopefully" fit me and my bindings. After picking out my gear, Eric lined me up with the board and mounted my bindings based on my size and stance. He then heat fitted my boots. This was all done at no extra charge as it was included with the purchase. On a personal note, I enjoyed being in the shop. Eric spoke to me like we were old friends. He didn't rush me at all, and I was in there for a few hours while we picked out gear, mounted the bindings, heat fitted the boots and spent a lot of time just BS'ing. "Ma and Pop" shops are a dying breed, and so is the customer service that goes along with them. Don't be just another number to a billionaire dot-com that just wants your money and doesn't give a $&!@ about how your gear works for you. Go see people like Eric, who are the real deal, and love what they do. It was truly an enjoyable experience!

Eddie is your go to guy for custom printing! He helped me big time by creating a logo to fit my brand! He is very knowledgeable in his product line and will recommend items that will fit what your looking for. I had some custom pieces done for my brand and the quality is AMAZING.
