There was nobody in line and I asked if they could count them. The teller asked for a supervisor. The supervisor suggested they use the coin machine because it isn't working for dimes only. I took my roll of dimes home, probably too hard to count a roll of dimes. My $21.50 in coin was deposited and my dimes are still in the roll. I just think the lack of effort is sad and they're a credit union for goodness sakes!! 3 hours later: the supervisor called me and explained the teller is new and their coin machine is working now. Theresa was the supervisors name and she was concerned. For me, THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I appreciate someone giving a care. Thank you!
