I put my hand in the bowl to soften my cuticles, and then when I switched, she cleaned off the tool IN the bowl where my hand was. And was drying my nails in between with the dirty rag she was working on and then getting my cuticles wet again with the water that my left hand and right cuticle pieces were in. Then used this dirty rag to wipe down the LED light thing and the counter. I also asked her to do something different to my nails and she shook her had no and pushed my hand away. So gross NEVER going back

We went to Citi Nails at the Morgantown Mall. My sister saw my daughter her niece sitting for a manicure and sat beside her. When the woman told her she had to go to the pedicure chair before we could even explain it to my sister that it is a whole different experience (Much better in my opinion) My 13 year old said she is confused she is Handicapped. The woman said Handicapped people go to hospital for Pedicure, my husband said no she is not sick to which she twirled her finger by her head (Like crazy) and said take her to hospital.
