I went in for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. The technician talked me into doing dip nails instead. Two days later and 2 nails are already cracked. Very disappointed!

Poor service. Poorly staffed. I had an appointment and Connie could not finish my mani and pedi, because she filled up all the chairs. I had been there so long I had to leave for an appointment. Beware, you will sit in a chair for a hour waiting to be served. They sit clients with no intention of servicing them for a very long time. Then they start a service, so you can't leave. Connie left me soaking in acetone for 30 minutes. They usually have 3 nail techs will sit 9 clients and work on all at the same time. It takes 3 hours for a mani and pedi. Manicure was lumpy and I had to file the gel and glue off the sides and underneath my nail. When I complained Connie argued and did not care. $100 bucks for crappy service, no thanks!

Absolutely loved my visit to Dreams Nails Spa. The technicians were all very friendly,welcoming and accommodating. They were able to create beautiful nail art. The shop is very clean and tidy and the building is brand new. 10/10 will be back again.

Love Dream nails!! Very affordable for the amazing quality. Also the people who work there are very friendly I wish I remembered the names but my nail tech was great helping me pick out the perfect Mountaineer Blue color for my nails! This will be my go to salon.

Walked in one day for dip, was suggested to get GelX because of the state of my nails. I went for it and loved it! The process was completely super quickly and the tech did everything I asked for with my nails. Will definitely go back.

I have to get acrylic on my big toes and I needed a fill, the gap was half way up my toe nail. One lady told me I didn't need a fill that it could wait as my toe nails were lifted. One worker had a vape out. Also, this wasn't my first time. I get gel x nails there once lasted 4 days with minimal work done. read more

Went to get pedicures. My toe nails were grown out square and the lady just decided to cut them off and make them round. I hate the way they look. It was a mediocre pedicure at best, I've had tons way better. I won't be back. read more

Update: the first time I went here I had great service. The two times after I had great service. Unfortunately the fourth time I had horrible service. My nails were uneven and when I asked to have them fixed the nail tech progressively made them worse and shorter. They should've been taken off and been redone. In addition whenever I went back to get my nails taken off the skin under my nails were severely bruised. To the point where my nails hurt to do daily activities. It took about 3 weeks for them to go back to normal. I will not be going back and am on the search for a new nail place. read more

I was going here for about a year. I always had great service until the last time I went a couple months ago. I got dip and the top coat would not dry even through the nail tech messed with it for a long time. I had polish all over my fingers and asked twice for them to just soak it off. My nails were not smooth because they kept buffing off the coat that wouldn't dry. Finally they said they would just put a gel layer on top. Even though they messed up my nails they still charged me full price which really angered me but I kept my cool. Within 4 hours a nail chipped. Within 24 hours I had 3 broken nails. I will never go here again. read more

I went here last week to get my nails done and I loved it! The staff are so nice and friendly! I wanted French tips and they look amazing! It's been over a week and my nails have not lifted and the colors haven't chipped. They still look brand new. Literally no complaint. Will definitely be going back and getting my nails done again there! read more
