My Handicap sister is here visiting us from NJ. I purchased her a gift card to get a pedicure. I thought she would really enjoy it. Life has been rough since our Mom passed. We went to Citi Nails at the Morgantown Mall. My sister saw my daughter her niece sitting for a manicure and sat beside her. When the woman told her she had to go to the pedicure chair before we could even explain it to my sister that it is a whole different experience (Much better in my opinion) My 13 year old said she is confused she is Handicapped. The woman said Handicapped people go to hospital for Pedicure, my husband said no she is not sick to which she twirled her finger by her head (Like crazy) and said take her to hospital. They were so rude, as I was walking in the lady was yelling at another customer and caused that customer to leave. i asked to get one nail replaced and the lady said it would be 30 minutes so i was waiting, she proceeded to yell at me to leave. Seriously SO unprofessional and RUDE. Will never be back, after coming for years. Need to work on customer service, because this is UNACCEPTABLE. read more

My friend and I went here and we got the same exact thing and were charged different prices. My friend asked for square shaped nails and got literal triangles and they also used the wrong color. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I simply asked for a fill and walked out with this atrocity instead. Not only did they disregard my request, but they were rude while doing it. They proceeded to completely start my nails from scratch. I asked for a rounded square shape and received and oval, I asked for the length to stay the same and walked out with them extremely shorter than before, I was charged an extra $5 for a matte top coat and my nails are completely shiny. They were extremely rough while filing and actually cut my cuticle. My nails also have a black cast left on them as well. I came in to get a fill and instead I left $50 poorer with worse nails than I had before. I will never return. read more

GO TO SAM! I never get my nails done at a salon. I am an avid at-home painter. However, my experience of randomly dropping in could not have been better! I showed up at 8pm- Sam got me in and even helped me pick a color when I asked. She picked a shade I would have never picked for myself and I fell in love with immediately. Literally the worst nail experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and I've never hated a manicure so much. I went in for simple $25 gel polish and my technician insisted I switch to SNS and that it would only be $5 more. I stupidly said yes after she pressured me into it and she did literally every single thing wrong. She chopped off my really long natural nails and the nails I'm left with are hideously short. She cut my finger and then blamed me for it, even though she was the one moving my finger and moving her blade. The polish is so far away from my cuticle that they're probably going to be grown out in a week. And the color looks absolutely nothing like the sample!! Also when I got up to register, she told me my bill was $40?? Even though she told me it was only $5 extra?? 25+5 does not equal 40. I will NEVER be going here again. read more

This is the worst nail salon in the greater Monongalia County. If I could give place a 0 I would. The staff treats their customers like crap and will overcharge the hell out of you. I should have known when there was no one in the salon at 3pm and they were just lounging around. When I walked in there and told the owner what I wanted she looked like was a crazy lady because I showed her a simple design that has color. I started off with a pedicure and I told her that I only needed the "express" pedicure because I did not want to pay more than $30 for a pedicure. I did not want the gel nail polish due to it being a $20 upcharge. The owner told the lady who was doing my toes to do the deluxe anyway even though I did not want it. I tried to tell the lady that I did not want the deluxe, but she could not understand me. The same lady that did my toes also did my acrylics and did not wash her hands after doing my pedicure. She was very harsh when buffering my natural nail, she sized the acrylic nails correctly but then proceeded to cut them all the way down to active length when I asked for a medium coffin. She chooses two pinks that do not look good together. My nails looked like a third graders art project. How do these people even have their beauty license and not know how to do the French tip design but instead of white its pink and with a lighter pink line underneath it. These workers are not artists and shouldn't even have their license. After the nails were finished, she got on the ground and put the gel polish on my toenails, which I find disgusting and repulsive. My grand total was $110 for nails that my 14-year-old sister could have done better. This place is disgusting with disgusting workers. read more

Seriously worst service I've ever received at a nail salon. The man who did my nails messed up and decided to switch glitter colors without removing the old color first. Now one of my feet is different than the other. I told him I hated the color and he ignored me. I didn't get he massage on my legs and feet that I paid for, nor did he file down my nails or do any maintenance on my toes. The facilities was also incredibly dirty and not well maintained. There was no organization of the nail colors whatsoever and a very small and dingy selection to choose from. The person doing my friend's toes was incredibly kind and listened to what I had to say. The only other good aspect of Citi nails was that their milk and honey mixture smelled really nice. read more

Overall bad services- they value speed over quality so both their nail and wax services are terrible. In my experience there I was given the wrong nail color and asked for it to be changed and was given a flat "no", my pedicure was abrasive and NOT relaxing, and then when I got my eyebrows waxed the technician did them as quickly as humanly possible causing my brows to not only be incredibly thin, but also completely asymmetrical. I walked out looking ridiculous with cartoon-like eyebrows and feeling like someone had taken a hammer to my feet and calves. I would not suggest this place to anyone. read more

Good experiences. They listened to what I wanted and politely obliged. For the pedi they took their time, I didn't feel like I was being rushed to get out of the chair like so many places do. I've been to them several times and have been happy with each visit. Their prices are fair but their chairs could be a little better quality. I went in to have my toenails done. I'm an 83 year old woman who has been getting her nails down for years and have never had an experience like this before. My pedicurist was a young male. In the midst of doing my nails, he received a call, went out into the mall hallway and left me there unattended for 25 minutes. After waiting this long, I asked another employee if the young man was coming back! A woman came to finsih what he had started and was extremly rough. Let me point out again, I'm 83 years old and prior to starting the session, I told the young man that I had a very low blood count due to some medication I was on and that he needed to be very gentle and not break my skin. Guess what?! The young woman broke my skin and really hurt me. She persisted that it was not her fault, instead of being sympathetic or caring. I would not go back to this place if they paid me and they really need to learn how to treat their customers. Bad service! read more
