Tbh I didn't go in for a fill in. I actually wanted my nails taken off but I let her talk me into getting a fill in. It cost $30 total. It's decent for the price but shaping still needs work. They were very nice and pleasant. It looked clean from where I was sitting but I was sitting in the first chair. Overall it was a good experience. My friend and I went in for a mani/pedi. She liked her service and thought her nails looked good. They did! The technician I was assigned didn't seem to care about my service. My pedicure was ok but she kept trying to turn my foot at weird angles that were uncomfortable. Then the manicure was a horrible mess. My nails were literally cut uneven and not filed correctly. I asked for rounded nails and she kept unevenly squaring them off with sharp angles and points. Even though I wasn't getting gel polish she told me to put my hands under the light machine for over 5 minutes. I was so unhappy with the work. I will not return. read more

I went in for a pedi and gel mani and within two days my toe nail polish was chipping and within one week the gel on two of my nails just popped off. The lady who did my service was also unfriendly and was just trying to speed through it in order to get everyone's services done even though I had called and made an appointment. Do not go to this nail Salon. The service is absolutely horrible!!!! I waited and waited for a manicure and pedicure. I had to sit with my feet in cold water after asking a few times to heat it up. Then after I finally get my pedicure the lady comes to my chair where I had my pedicure to do my manicure. She rushed through the whole thing. A manicure is supposed to be relaxing! It's funny how they didn't rush to get to me until my manicure because at that point they were concerned about closing. Then as I was leaving they told a lady that had been sitting there waiting for a long time with her feet in the water for a pedicure that also wanted a manicure that she would have to come back tomorrow because they were closing. This place should be called nightmare nails. They'll be lucky if they stay in business another year tops. I have never left a nail salon feeling genuinely pissed off until going to this place. Every five seconds the lady was trying to up charge me on either a different or upgraded service. I opted for the deluxe pedicure despite the fact she asked me in a not very polite manner. Her deluxe pedicure was the quickest pedicure I have ever received. She burned me with hot towels, consistently talked to the other employees the whole time and didn't check on how I was doing once. I had a chipped toenail that she could have buffed out after she glued it but she decided to leave it the way it was making my nail polish bumpy. Instead of taking the nail polish off and fixing it like anyone else would have done she tried to upcharge me on a design to cover her sloppy work! Lastly I got a gel manicure as I normally do and she asked me if I wanted a manicure with the gel manicure which is typically included. I have never heard of being upcharged for that and I have gone to the nail salon hundreds of times in my life. Then to finish it off she didn't ask what shape I wanted them and left all my nails uneven and sharp! Also when she put lotion on my hands she got her pink lotion all over my white long sleeve shirt that I just bought yesterday. She thoroughly seemed like she didn't want to be there, which is not the customers problem. That is your job and if you're going to work somewhere you should take pride in your work no matter what you are doing. Avoid this place at all costs. I've been to this salon many times and I have always been happy. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and instead of one of the regular ladies, I had a young man. 1. Didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. 2. Wasn't looking at my feet while pushing back the cuticles. 3. Rub lotion up and down my legs, but no massage on the feet, which is part of spa pedicure. 4. Was distracted and spent most of the time chatting with the other employees. 5. Was somewhat sloppy with painting my nails. I wasn't happy with the final result, but paid for the service and told him I wouldn't be tipping since I felt I only got half a pedicure. He didn't seem to care, didn't ask why I was unhappy and turned away to do the next person. I felt my business didn't matter one way or the other. read more

I had such a disappointing experience here today after being a satisfied customer for years. I came in my mother in law, she had a pedicure and I got a manicure. I sat down, and the woman started on my manicure, but then another customer came in and asked for her specifically. She finished cleaning up my cuticles, put a pea sized drop of lotion on the top of each hand and just barely rubbed it in with her one finger. Her son took over, and I said that was fine with the switch - and everyone smiled and nodded, and all was well as her son continued my manicure. He did a really nice job on the paint. He finished painting and had me dry my nails in front of the small fan at the seat while he went and took care of another customer. I sat for quite a while. I got up and moved to the chair next to my MIL and noticed the young man who did my manicure had finished his other customer and was sitting in a pedicure chair playing a game on a hand-held device. I walked over and asked him if he might do the lotion massage now (which is included in the manicure price), as my hands were really dry. He said "no, my Mother did it for you already". I told him what she had done and mentioned that they normally do much more of a lotion massage but he dismissed me, and went back to his game. I then asked him if I might have some lotion and he waved me in the direction of the bottle, and I helped myself. I wasn't looking for anything more than what I paid for, and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. So, I'll be going elsewhere from now on. You might consider doing the same thing. Dream Nails was the absolute worst experience ever getting my nails done. I normally don't go to salons because I can do normal painting at home, but I decided to go here with one of my friends. We both did not have to wait that long but the workers were very pushy on up-charging us into getting gel or acrylics. Not only was the grooming painful and short, but the water was so hot that I couldn't keep my hands in for more than a few seconds. When I kept pulling out my hands because of the burning, the lady held my hands in so I was no longer able to remove them. By this point, I knew I had made a big mistake coming here. The nail painting itself was super sloppy and smudged. The polish was super thin and my three year old cousin could have done a better job. I was then put at the drying station and they didn't tell me anything about how long I should stay there and I was not having it. My friend's nails took probably 20 minutes longer than mine despite getting the same treatment. Her lady did not even turn on the light at the drying station, so she sat there for a good 10 minutes not knowing that nothing was turned on. Do not go here. I beg of you. read more

First off, I just want to say that I'm not by any means a nail salon expert. However, I'm pretty sure it's not standard for anyone to dump the hot water they used on your nails into the pedicure foot baths. That's right, Dream Nails did that! Not only was it unsanitary, the service was uneven and sloppy. My friend and I arrived at the same time and asked for the same manicure, yet my friends nails were done while mine were still being buffed. When the experience was over, we sat at the hand dryers for half an hour wondering if we were allowed to leave. Upon leaving Dream Nails, we finally examined our manicures. They were incredibly unsatisfying. The layers were streaky, and the polish chipped off after very few days. All in all, I do not recommend Dream nails to my family, my friends, or any of you good folks on yelp dot com. If you are looking for a good manicure, go elsewhere, or just do it yourself. This place is extremely dirty. Nail clippings all in the carpet and it sounds like walking on egg shells. Nail shaving residue coating all surfaces. I keep salon hopping to find a place I love and this place based on quality of the manicure would rank very last among 7 places I've tried. Very fast, sloppy, uneven. I have been to this salon many times in the past and rarely have had an issue. However, I went there this week for a mani/pedi (to treat myself for Mother's Day) and the woman (I am not sure what her name was, but she was pregnant) that did my nails was really sloppy and in a total rush. The only reason why I gave this two stars instead of one was because when I asked her to file my nails down more, she did and she also helped me put my shoes on afterwards. I came in to get a manicure and acrylic overlay. Upon taking a seat, the manicurist suggested I get gel polish instead. The manicure was the shortest and half-assed one I've ever had. My cuticles already looked bad and the gel polish chipped the very next day. Within less than a week, my cuticles and hang nails look awful. I had to take off the polish myself, due to the state of its appearance. I would never go back to this salon or recommend it to anyone. read more

I went there and got a set of tips and I know it's been a long time but but I am almost certain that there should be not air bubbles in the fill. It would be ok if it were one maybe two fingers but all of them !!! The lighting was the best so I didn't notice until after I paid $40 and have left. Also the tech when cutting them down after gluing didn't see how long I wanted them she cut them I guess to her desired length. The same length they were when I came in basically and that she cut off. If I was ok with them that length I wouldn't have gone in to get tips put on. Want be going back there. read more

I thought by making an appointment for 3 people today at 230 it would've helped the flow but my daughter and I sat and waited for 2 and a half hours before someone decided they would do our nails. As other people came in after us, they were sent to the available chairs and not us. I don't know what was up with the guy checking everyone in because he constantly asked me what was we getting done . After I was finally in a chair one of the technicians proceeded to tell me to move to another chair. After the technician was done I went to the lobby and looked at my moms nails and noticed that her technician cut her finger. When my daughter was finally done I looked at her nails and her technician refused to cut down her nails any shorter. I thought they would've at least apologized for the wait or discounted the total but nope. Needless to say we won't be going back. read more
