I also have to mention how wonderful Eva and the entire staff were beyond just my nails. I hadn't eaten lunch and started feeling a little dizzy, and they immediately went out of their way to help - turning the AC down, putting fans on me, moving me to a cooler chair, and offering me a Sprite. It's never fun having something like that happen, especially when you're brand new to a city, but I'm so glad I happened to be at Blossom Nail Studio. There is no way that the reviews prior are based on the current management/staff because my experience just yesterday was terrible. From start to finish, the service was less than. Upon arrival & initially stepping foot into the establishment, no one greeted us. It was many moments later that one of the manicurist working asked if we had an appointment (in which we did). My spouse & I were then told to sit in the pedicure spa chairs, where we then waited quite some time before the pedicurists came to even being setting up our services. *I'd be remiss if I did not acknowledge Hannah's great service for my spouse -- she did quality work.* However, my entire process (a regular pedicure & nail tip removal on my hands) took entirely too long. There was only one employee (Sadie) working on me, so waiting for her to finish (lackluster manner at best) one service before moving on to the next was a true inconvenience --especially when it appeared as if ample employees were available. My pedicure resulted in old polish still being left on and clumpy coats of new polish applied. In working on my hands, she nicked/burned my skin more than once with the electric drill while trying to remove the nail tips. Salon owner, Sophia finally jumped in to assist (after my request for it) but it's more than evident that the majority of Cherish's employees are amateurs with little to no formal training. This was my first and last time patronizing Cherish and I'd encourage all others seeking professional nail services in Little Rock to look elsewhere. read more

Had the stress free lavender package pedicure which comes with some extras like a mud mask and hot stones. Definitely worth it. Came in on my birthday last month to treat myself days before moving out of state and got one of the best manicures I've ever had. Everyone in the shop was so sweet and welcoming, and the atmosphere was super relaxing. I'd never tried gel on my natural nails before, and it lasted an entire month (through a huge move!) with hardly any chipping. Not to mention the nail art I got was cute as can be! I feel lucky to live so close to this place! I called today and they secured me an appointment within the next hour - awesome! I arrived, filled out a COVID questionnaire on my phone, had my temperature taken, and did a mandatory hand wash. I love businesses that are so COVID cautious! I have received manicures and pedicures from cherish nails for several years now, and always been very pleased. Last week I took my daughter in for a mother-daughter manicure pedicure. My clinician was so very nice and I really liked her. However, my basic manicure hardly lasted till I got out the door. And worst of all my daughter's toe is now infected and she has to get on antibiotics. I am very disappointed to say the least. read more

I have had mixed luck with this nail salon. Sometimes I get a great pedicure, sometimes just okay. The owner is always very friendly. But what has really changed is the level of cleanliness. I want a pleasant experience from the minute I walk up until the time I leave, and frankly, the place has gotten really run down. The storefront is full of leaves with trash under the bench and on the not-very-welcoming welcome mat. It's filthy! The inside of the place looks like no one has done a deep clean--or even a superficial once-over in forever. There is too much clutter gathering dust and probably other germs. There are so many other salons these days. Cherish just needs a good cleaning and an update on its look to help keep it competitive. read more

Both were excellently done, and have held up quite well. But, my favorite part about this salon is the color coordination! I made an appointment at 3:30 and was seated almost immediately. I had to remove a full set from another nail salon so it took extra long as they didn't do something right. Sophia's husband did mine and he was super nice and precise. He did the flame design free-handed and anytime he didn't do it to his liking he would fix it immediately. BIG PLUS: no one filed my cuticles down painfully. Very common in nail techs and that hurts so bad. I'm from Texas but anytime I'm in town I'll definitely be returning. read more

The chairs were comfortable because they have pillows for back support (finally a salon that has pillows!) They were polite and kind and did a great job on my shellac manicure. I came here from California and waited for almost an hour to get a service and then technician took old tip and damaged my entire nail bed as he went too deep and it was painful. Nails got bruises and when I expressed my concerns, they asked me to leave without addressing a problem or doing anything to fix it. Maybe for small town 70$ nails that will damage you is a good service but if technicians not willing to grow and become professional it just a money making business. No, I did not came to salon with damaged nails as I had my own nails that just needed to be polished. And nor did I yell at anyone, yelling and asking questions and asking technician to change the tip is not yelling. I complained about dirty doors and poor customer service. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in Little Rock (only been to 4 so far). 1) it's quiet, just some background music. Finally a place that is not blaring news or soap operas no one wants to watch anyway! 2) staff don't rush. They are precise; I've had two manis and two pedis. They take their time, extra emphasis on detail and massage. 3) very calming vibe (plants, light colors, fish) and not overly smelling like nail polish (although there is a scent there). Probably 8 chairs available; including one adorable chair set up for a small child. They make their own pineapple hand scrub that they also sell on site--very luxurious. Prices are normal range--approx $60 for mani/pedi, a little more for shellac. read more
