I don't see how this place gets good reviews. My son wanted a barber experience. He was given the wrong cut and charged $40 when the sign said there's deals going on for $30-$35. The barber never talked to him the whole time. All the barbers talk to each other (in their language so you can't understand) and more worried about playing the music than their customers. I could have done a better cut at home and saved money. When you tell them a low fade, it shouldn't look like a mullet afterwards. read more

I've been going to this place for almost 8 years now. I have really watched this business grow and become what it is today and I never had any doubts a long the way, as the service and quality are the best around. This is a great place for any man or boy to get an excellent haircut. Also, majority of the barbers are bilingual which makes it great for an array of different people and cultures to collaborate in one setting. I bring my 9 year old son here for his cuts, it's the only place he likes to go. The guys are all ridiculously nice (every time a barber comes in they shake hands with every other barber already there! Not sure why but I freaking love that), they have high energy and are always laughing and cracking jokes. It's a great upbeat place to go! Not to mention we have NEVER had a bad cut. The first time we came in my son wanted a superman logo, the guy had to pull his phone out and held it on my son's head while doing the logo. The staff seemed friendly and talented but I made an appointment at 1:00 and got in 15 mins early. At 1:20 the barber I made an appointment with called me over only to find out his 12:30 was still waiting. With the 12:30 still in the seat at 2:00 I had to leave as I thought I would have been done around 1:30. I understand things happen but I also have a schedule to keep. Went here for the first time and won't be going anywhere else from now on. Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. The barber I had took his time and made sure the fade was perfect. Hooked me up with a hard part, too. Used a razor and made my lines straight. If you want a modern cut, this is the place to go. I've not had a bad experience at Dream Team after going there for nearly two years. This is the first shop I've gone to where I've been truly satisfied with my haircut. To this point, I've really only had cuts from Jorge, Gary, and Omar, but they all do great work. Disregard the comments from before July of 2017 about parking and the overall appearance of the shop. I didn't like that almost no one was wearing a mask, I had to wait 30 - 40 minutes even though I made an appointment, no real check in process other than take a number/wait for someone to check on you, and they only accept cash or Venmo. I hate having to download another app for a two minute process. They did have an atm but again just another process you probably weren't prepared for. read more

While the Staff are friendly, the place is an absolute wreck. The shop looks like a tornado hit it. The old furniture, beat up flooring, poor lighting make the atmosphere dull and dungy. This place needs an overhaul. As for the cut, the barber who cut my hair used the same razor on my face that he had just used on the previous customer. For me, that's a serious hygiene issue. Most importantly he did not give me the cut I asked for. I came in with a picture. I asked him to match said picture. He said he would do it. He wound up pushing my hair line back, lining my beard lower than I wanted him to, and talking crap about my last barber...The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was that the staff there are generally nice people. read more

It's never a quick in-and-out haircut chop shop, because their attention to detail is on point. $28 cut and style. Worth every penny. They really take care of their customers here. What a place to get a haircut.I saw bald people waiting and the way they shaved his head was good and respectful. The staff can cut a variety of hair no matter what type of hair you have. THe wait was not terrible about what you expect from a place that is good and busy. They took he right amount of time with each person treating them like a person and not cattle. The outside may look shady but do not let this stop you. I saw people from all walks of life in the same place at the same time. They knew most customers by name. While I only get a haircut in a few times of the year this place was really good. Expect to wait. Parking could be a problem but where is not that people like to go. I recommend this place to anyone that grows hair. read more

Talk about exceptional and fair price for a barbershop that will give each individual haircut their best. The barbers are passionate in their craft and it shows in the final looks of their patrons. They will cater to any hairstyle, type, and reasonable preference one might have and there are no judgements except playful banter among regulars and the staff. It is refreshing to have found a social barbershop that involved both customer and staff. The place is well kept and the order of who gets their hair cut is based on a first come first serve basis with the exception for those who call in ahead of time. You will be assigned a ticket number upon entering but expect wait times ranging from 20-45 minutes (walk-ins). To keep you occupied there are plenty of TVs, a foos-ball table, and even a pool table. I have to thank my friend for introducing the place to me as I had struggled beforehand to find a barber joint for me relatively close to the Cincinnati area. I finally found it in Dreamteam Barber Shop. I didn't catch the name of the man that cut my hair, but if you're reading this, thanks a ton. read more

I expected better. The fade is good, but the scissor work is patchy, and they used a dry razor on the hairline.

Don't let the location deter you. I've gone to the same old school barber since 1988 for my fade. I've traveled for work around the country and can't find anyone close to him. This place is hands down one of the best barbershops for a tight fade. Going to be hard to go back to my own barber. read more

This barbershop is the best I've been to. With the amount of travel I've done I have been to a lot of barbershops. Every chair has a seasoned barber who knows how to do it right. I told them what I wanted and they did it quick and did it right. They also have great pomade to throw in following your cut. They take care of the customers and make the whole experience a good one. They make jokes and include everyone in the shop in the laughter. I'll be back and I'll be sending more people to get theirs cuts here! read more
