Both owners wanted to fight and fight and deny their agent did this even though showed proof. Then the owner called one of the dads and was so unprofessional and inappropriate. Both owners would not take responsibility for their agent or the unprofessional inappropriate behavior or even apologize. Extremely horrible customer service!! Have dealt with many travel agencies in past and not one had horrible customer like this and owners with such unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors!

You will not get a refund if your travel plans change. They don't cater and they believe in this world, nobody's travel plans can change. Best advise unless you have lots of money to waste, just park in the terminal garage for $10 a day compared to $8....time is with lots more than saving $2

Trains are usually right on time here, and there's always parking ($8), expect a short wait to enter and exit the parking lot. You should note that if you're trying to connect to AMTRAK from MKE airport, it's too far to walk with luggage and there's no sidewalk most of the way, you'll need to take a shuttle bus. If you are arriving at the airport and want to get to a downtown hotel, take the 80 bus from just outside baggage claim. For traveling back and forth from Chicago, the Hiawatha is the way to go if the schedule works for you. Parking is a little easier here than downtown Milwaukee.

The day of was a nightmare. First off, no less than a half dozen of the glasses were dirty. One of them had clear lipstick marks on them. Also, we found several glasses that were chipped or broken. When we brought this concern up to the driver, his response was to call my husband a liar, and that "he washed all the glasses himself so there were no dirty ones" and also remarked that "well, it's a moving vehicle, some glasses are going to break, deal with it.". Mind you, we were NOT asking for ANYTHING, we were bringing it to his attention so he could make sure it was taken care of, so his rudeness was absolutely unprofessional. Furthermore, while driving on the freeway, a piece of weather stripping from the door of the bus came loose, with a screw in the end, and started banging against the widows, to the point that the glass was getting scratched and we were afraid the window would break. When we brought this to the attention of the driver, he just ignored us and acted like it was no big deal. We had to put the shades down on all the windows because we were afraid of the glass breaking all over us on the freeway. We were NOT crunched for time AT ALL, so he could have easily pulled over and tried to do SOMETHING about it, not just ignore us. Furthermore, when we went to pay him, we asked about all these problems again hoping that he would at least give us an apology or at least a less rude reaction and he again just reiterated that this is all normal for a party bus. I have now consulted with all of my married friends and two other limo companies who assured me this is NOT normal business for a party bus.
