Below is a description of the efficiencies and benefits we received through this implementation. - Accounts Module. Through the use of sub ledger match and zero balance functionality, approximately 3,000 accounts are reconciled automatically. For example, revaluation accounts took 3-4 days to prepare and approve by 1 person prior to the BlackLine Implementation. Using the sub ledger match function, 800 revaluation reconciliations can be completed in 1/2 day by 1 person. - Task Module. The Task Module was implemented for SOX deliverables not tied to an Account Reconciliation, SOX review of journal entries, and activity checklists. This saved us many hours each quarter in obtaining signatures and photocopying Journal Entries and deliverables for the internal and external auditors. - Consolidation Module. The manual process to complete the ERP System to Consolidation System reconciliations of 175 company codes previously required 8 employees, 5 reams of paper, and 3 days. The BlackLine process requires 1 employee, no paper, and less than one day. In a typical month, 99% of accounts will automatically reconcile. - Matching Module. After implementation of the Matching Module, the Intercompany reconciliations were able to be completed at a transactional level rather than a balance level. This saved us valuable time finding the transactions that caused the out of balances rather than just identifying with accounts were out of balance. In addition, the Intercompany Reconciliations can be completed continuously throughout the month as opposed to month end only.

By 11 am , a guy came with new switches , routers and modems under his arm , in case he had to change any of them. I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.
