These guys are a sham... I payed them about a quarter million dollars to build me an app with an accompanying website. I got a fairly functioning app but never got my website. I eventually just gave up and fired them... their app developer used my app on his resume to get another job. Danny is a nice guy but he will say anything and everything to get your money. They might be good at simple projects... but if you need something complicated, go somewhere else!!! I lost so much money here that I nearly lost my company. I honestly never leave such bad reviews like this (check my profile) but these guys deserve it. I've got better service from teenagers before!! Giraffe Builders, Head, and Shoulders above the rest! Let me start by explaining my situation. I spent months, looking for an agency! No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Was completely ripped off by danny aka giraffe builder. Never completed site was absolutely rude and one of the most unprofessional companies Ive ever had to work with. Saw other reviews that weren't so great and wonder how many of these "good" reviews danny has paid for??. Saw in one of the reviews that is no longer on the main page but in the hidden bottom ones that he did the same thing in asking us to give good review before the work was even completed. My experience with Giraffe builders. I had gone onto Yelp to find a good website builder and designer, Giraffe was one of three that I found. I contacted the different businesses and felt comfortable with Danny and choose his business to construct, host and help design the my website. My staff and I had a meeting with Danny to go over the website, website hosting, and contract; it seemed to have gone well. Once the contract was signed and was ready to create my website we started sending over our designs and everything started off well but then it all changed. Once everything was signed and the designs where in progress I was pushed by Danny to publish a review of their services on yelp before the completion of the job. I never voiced my feelings as I felt if I did the job would be not treated well and getting the job done on time. When Giraffe builders came back with a design it did not really resemble the concept we had sent them. We discussed this with them back and forth a couple of times each time they "tried" to correct the issues but we would end up with more issues that had to be addressed from their work. We had signed the contract and thought we will just struggle through with this and somehow get the design that we wanted, the site that was promised never materialized. After 6 months we walked away ending our contract after having to do much of the work on inputting our shopping cart numbers ourselves which we were told that they would be doing, while being belittled, yelled at and told "I don't need your money" while trying to work with them.
