My appointment was at 12:30 and was for a cut, partial highlights, and a blow dry. My appointment didn't end until around 4:10 pm. I do have longer hair but it should never have taken this long. She spent most of her time brushing my hair and talking the whole time. there were times where I had to close my eyes in hopes that she would get the point that I just wanted to sit there and kind of relax and hoping she would pick up her pace. Her child showed up in the middle of my appointment and was asking her keys to the house or for her mom to take her to go get markers . There was no "excuse me"or "one moment"or anything just completely interrupted my appointment. Very unprofessional. She cut one side of my hair at an angle and shorter than the other side; a noticeable difference. After reading some reviews and doing some research, I have come to the conclusion that this place is all smoke in mirrors. The website looks professional and the salon looks professional but she does not have the skill set, plain and simple. She has no business working on anyone's hair.
