I booked a last minute pedicure and manicure appointment through ClassPass. I booked the…read moreappointments 45 minutes before hand. I showed up at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. When I showed up, the owner warmly greeted me. She was doing a manicure on a client. I informed her I had just booked an appointment through ClassPass. I was told not to book two appointments at a time as it is confusing. I was asked if I could wait about 30-45 minutes because it was only two individuals working. Both individuals had clients. I informed the owner of my timeline, and she said it was possible. Once the owner finished with the client, she took me for my no polish manicure. I apparently have a lot of skin. She took her time to remove the excess skins, but I was cut. The owner did my pedicure and removed my calluses (she said ooh after feeling my calluses LOL. Unlike most places who use a throwaway plastic to align the foot bath, that is not the case there. My toe nails looked good. I had to cut some of the service out as I had a time crunch. If you have the time required, it's a good place to get a manicure and pedicure. If I am in the area, I would go back minus the small cuts. I would also bring my own manicure set to use.

I called the salon instead and spoke with someone at the front desk. The interaction felt awkward and difficult--whether it was a communication issue or a language barrier, the process was not smooth. We eventually handled everything over text. I sent a video showing the exact hairstyle I wanted and was told they could recreate it. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly pushed to add services like manicures, pedicures, and hair coloring, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the same person I had spoken with earlier. The check-in was technically fine, but the atmosphere felt cold and mechanical rather than welcoming. I was then assigned to a stylist. Almost immediately, I realized they were working from a different reference video and a different hairstyle than the one I had sent. No one showed it to me or asked for my approval--they just started working. They didn't ask if my hair was clean or prep it properly (no conditioning or sleeking), which resulted in many visible flyaways and a rougher look. Both the salom owner and the stylist were working on my hair at the same time, openly arguing about how to do the style and essentially experimenting on me. I was even told that neither of them really specializes in updos, but they wanted to "try" this one. After several attempts and continued back-and-forth between them, I finally had to intervene and say that I only wanted one person working on my hair. That moment was deeply uncomfortable. The owner looked at me aggressively, pinched my arm twice, and said, "Okay, I understand, okay, I understand." She then gathered all the products she had brought--various holding sprays and texture sprays--and removed them so the stylist couldn't use them. Later, she brought them back selectively, maintaining control from the sidelines. It felt tense, unprofessional, and invasive. Although the stylist continued, the owner kept hovering and interjecting. At no point did anyone ask for my feedback--no "Do you like this?" or "Is this what you wanted?" They simply continued in their own direction. The final result looked like a bunch of hair pinned at the back of my head. I paid and left, but once I got home, I took it all out because I truly didn't like it. It didn't make me feel confident, and that's the whole point of getting your hair done. Overall, I felt unheard, uncomfortable, and treated more like a transaction than a client. The experience lacked communication, professionalism, and care. The owner either needs to trust her stylists to do their jobs or become properly trained herself. As it stands, the environment feels chaotic and controlling, and it's not a place I would return to or recommend ever. Price was $120 just for the updo.

Large blotches of dark dye on the collar and on her sleeve without telling her she did it. My wife noticed it at the front desk and they SAID NOTHING. When she got home she noticed even more stains. This was a perfectly white garment. In my opinion, who thinks so highly of themselves that they can charge this much for what they do, especially without the courtesy of a mention of the additional cost? I'm so glad it worked out. My stylist was Mindy. She was very warm and friendly. She walked me through her decision-making process which made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere is sophisticated and upscale. I felt like I had a 2 hour escape from reality. I am so happy with my hair and I already booked a follow-up.

No reason to look elsewhere when I need a cut or color again in the future! Then, luckily, I met Jocelyn! I'd never had my lashes tinted or lifted, and I decided to give it a go. This is very popular back in Texas and in other larger cities, but Melbourne hasn't picked up on this as much. Jocelyn is one of the few in the area that do it! I am so glad I did! My blonde lashes are literally invisible. Which means I ALWAYS have to wear mascara if I want to feel put together. But WOW!!! After the tint and lift - I can go au natural and STILL feel beautiful! Not to mention how fun it is to have your own lashes look long and sexy - without having to resort to gluing something on. When I was leaving that appt I mentioned that I like the eyebrow lamination look girls are doing these days, but that I have 90's eyebrows. Her response - I fix 90's eyebrows!! I loved that she said that! And I loved the service and working with her so much on that visit, I decided to come back give it a try. WIN AGAIN! I was so scared I'd look like Groucho Marx, but I don't! I'm so grateful to work with her, I feel like I can trust her. Which is a big deal when trying to find Esties you want to continue working with. Will never go anywhere else for the services she offers. I've also had my nails and toes done there with multiple technicians. They really have well-trained employees, with the best attitudes and best skills. I think many people can relate to the feeling of waking up one day and knowing it's time for a change. When I decided to go from an ear-length cut to a pixie cut, I hoped to find a stylist who could make it happen immediately. I called Sorelli Hair Studio & Spa, and after explaining what I wanted, they matched me with a stylist who they assured would be perfect for the job. My appointment was set for the same day, and while I was excited, I was also quite anxious. I waited in the lounge for a bit before Janine, my stylist, called my name. From the moment she started, Janine impressed me with her professionalism and genuine care. She listened attentively as I shared photos and described my desired look, and with enthusiasm, she agreed to help me achieve it. Throughout the process, Janine noticed my anxiety and checked in on me with genuine concern, showing that she truly cared about my well-being. As someone who deals with anxiety and PTSD, it's not always easy to find such compassionate support, and Janine's kindness was extraordinary. On my way home, I found myself emotional, not just because of the perfect haircut she gave me, but also due to the depth of her kindness and understanding. I am client of Sorelli's as well as my mom going on two years. The owners Rose and Grace care a great deal about the client experience. We are always greeted at the front desk with a warm hello My mom is a chemotherapy patient and we always make a point to get her hair and waxing services done before the next chemo treatment. My mom has had her hair cut and styled by Ginger and Rose on different occasions. They both do beautiful hair services with great detail and precision. They will always ask what type style you want and they give their thoughts on the style as well. My mom is a client of Traci's for the waxing services and she is fabulous. She too is precise as well as gentle with her waxing finesse. No facial or nose hair has chance! After the services my mom feels uplifted and that means a lot to someone when you have health issues.. I just read a previous review that is negative about this salon and I do not think is a credible and fair review If you feel you have had a bad experience at a salon whether it is this one or somewhere else speak up. I'm new to the area and was in desperate need of finding a new hair salon/stylist since the one I've used for the last 10+ years is all the way in Boca. Finding a new hair stylist can be scary but I'm so glad I found this place and took a chance! For sure deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. When I called to make an appointment the woman was super sweet, accommodating, understanding, and made booking an appointment super easy. If you are a girl with curly hair, you know how hard it is to find someone who knows how to cut it. You know how many times you've left a salon crying because of the trauma to your hair! If you feel me, go to Sorelli and ask for Richard! AMAZING! Richard is the most knowledgeable person I've ever spoken to regarding my curls. He is patient and will educate you on not only how to style your hair and what products to use, but the why too. He understood my struggles and helped me worked through my trouble areas...thinning, frizz, no style, difficult to manage. He did it all. Now that I'm using the right products for my hair, it is so much easier to style and I am constantly receiving compliments on my curls (that never happened before!!). I was always the girl that wished I had straight hair...but after meeting Richard, I absolutely love my curls again. He made me feel confident and I will continue to go back for cut / color. Okay, it is me again, Nicole A. After a month of attempting to wrangle curls out of wavy hair without a perm because menopause, I decided to go with a French Bob for wavy hair and work with what I have. I have also decided to possibly grow my hair out again, as I do sometimes miss my old hair. Twyla was the most patient of people, understanding with only one of the billions of pictures I had purused through the week what I wanted and why. And she gave it to me--my final chop! And I love it so much, I might keep it like this forever. She also gave me partial foils that make my gray less and my golden reddish hair be its appropriate color. I love it so much I might do full foils! Twylah is the most instinctive hairdresser I have ever met, and I am very lucky to have met her. She also gives the best head massages when she conditions your hair. And she is honest and gives wonderful advice. I simply cannot give Twyla and Sorelli's more praise. 10 out of 10 . Kate is a hidden gem, extremely talented and very intelligent. It's taken me 6 plus years to find a great colorist and believe me when I say that I tried every salon in Brevard County since I moved here from Southern CA. Am I picky? It's my hair we're talking about, so yes, but no one aside my friend at Essentials Salon who moved knows how to handle fine hair and not damage it. Kate has turned my hair around and it's never looked better. Her highlighting techniques are on point and my hair looks so natural. I just love her! She cannot move away..ever and I'll fly to get my hair done, so that should tell you how good she is . Do yourself a favor and book with Kate if you want a true colorist. She uses high end products, cutting sheers, and I pick her brain about Europe/Germany as she's well travelled. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I went to Ginger and asked for my blonde highlights to be touched up and I ended up with checkered hair color, and awful growth bands. The "highlights she put in" were not blonde, they were white. In addition to an awful coloring, she also decided to take some creative freedoms and part my hair on the wrong side and give me bangs without asking..and cut waayy too much. I am now missing roughly 12 inches of hair on the right side of my head. It looks like I have a bob hair cut followed by a mullet on the right side. I have never cried so much about a haircut before. What made this experience worse though, was that the stylist admitted she did not ask me where I parted my hair. She admitted I did not ask for bangs;however, didn't feel the need to apologize. I cannot say enough about April (Jersey Florida Girl) I walked in feeling less than Cinderella like and left feeling and looking like Queen of the ball. I showed April exactly what I wanted by a picture. she was honest and straight forward and gave me realistic expectations. what I did not realize is her realistic expectations exceeded what I was hoping for. I closed my eyes and chatted away with a woman who continually made me trust and feel as though her best work, her highest quality, her piece of art was being created through me and I felt so honored to walk away wearing her masterpiece. I finally found someone who listens to me! Today was the second time that I had a hair cut with Richard. The first time was amazing and today made me fall in love. He really took the time to listen to me and ask me questions about what I thought would look best. I actually felt educated on my hair and how to style it. He explained every step to me. He also made me comfortable to step out of my comfort zone and go for what I want. In the end he gave me the hair cut that I've been looking for for years! I'm so in love with my hair! First visit to Sorelli Hair Studio. We followed Richard in his move to Sorelli. My teenage daughter has curly hair and we originally found Richard through DevaCurl. We had never found a stylist that could cut her curly hair without her leaving in tears. Richard took the time to get to know my daughter and teach her how to style and maintain her curly hair. He really knows his craft! He has been so good with my daughter's hair, that I decided to give him a try. I don't have curly hair. I am not a primper and needed a low maintenance haircut. On 12*5*17 I saw Richard and I got a Curly Girl consultant. I have never been so impressed and thankful for what he has done for me. I have never been able to manage my curls. I have always fought with them. Because of Richard I can wear my curls with pride and just let them be what I have always wished they would be. I had an amazing experience at Sorelli hair studio! First I was greeted with a smile and asked to wait in the lounge or sample their little boutique which is full of beautiful items from jewelry to dresses . After a very brief wait my massage therapist autumn greeted me and set me up in their quaint massage room for a very relaxing experience . Sorelli has the nicest staff I have ever met in my life! They're all so sweet and truly care about my needs. I've been to many, many salons and spas before but none as nice as Sorelli! They're salon/spa is simply beautiful first of all, I feel like I'm really getting pampered when I come here, just love it! I'm so happy that I found a salon/spa that makes me feel at home and very welcome as well! I will recommend Sorelli to all of my friends, family members as well as coworkers just because I want everyone to know how amazing they are! read more

I have just relocated to the area from Europe and was in desperate need of a cut and update. The minute I walked in I was treated with wonderful service and felt like I had been visiting the salon for years. Casandra was able to fit me in after a short 15 minute wait- she was outstanding and I love my new hair. Even though I was a walk in she took time to ask me questions about what I wanted and give great suggestions. Sometimes new salons can take a while to find your fit but this was a perfect fit for me. Sorelli Hair Studio & Spa is a great place to make your permanent hair salon! The service is phenomenal, from the front staff to the service staff and the owners. Even the decor sends a pleasant vibe. The staff is extremely experienced in their area of expertise. Kris, my stylist, hails from Washington DC and has provided service to a few of the local news staff there. She is professional, personable, consistent, very talented and experienced in her craft. Making Sorelli's your "Go To" salon is the best decision you could make! read more

The rest of the stylists are friendly and welcoming, the salon is stunning and in a great location, and everyone seems to enjoy being there! Additionally, prices are more than reasonable for the Florida area- as someone who arrived from a different state, trust me when I say this place has fair pricing! Cannot recommend this salon (or Alicia!) enough and I am so happy to have found a new salon/stylist in Brevard!

He told me he was a Redken educator that taught in Australia & has worked in a few different states. Ty lighten my hair, layered/textured & trim the ends. I'm very happy with my salon experience-- I have not changed salons in 10 years (I'm from the Bay Area). I'm always worried when I get a haircut, but Ty gave me an excellent haircut & experience. Besides being a great hair stylist, he has an interesting story. I left feeling inspired about life & being in a new state. I would definitely come back to this salon.
