Went with dark gray hair and some white in the front. I asked to blend it with the rest and to remove the yellowing -as blue shampoos weren't working. Left with black hair that was crunchy from products used. The exact opposite of what i wanted. This was my 2nd visit and both times I had to return to the front desk after 20 minutes past appointment to ensure I was checked in. After visiting desk, someone immediately came to get me. If I could leave no stars I would. These people RUINED my hair and refuse to refund me when I did not feel anywhere near comfortable going back to have them "fix it". Three hairstylists looked at my hair before I left with it soaking wet and ruined. Their "policy" is to fix it regardless of how much you don't trust them. I'd like to share my recent experience at your salon as it significantly deferred from my initial visit. Approximately six weeks ago, I visited your for the first time and requested highlights and low lights. I showed the stylist a photo of my hair from the previous year to illustrate exactly what I wanted. The stylist delivered precisely what I had asked for, and I was very pleased with both the results and the pricing which original quote. However, during my most recent visit the week of July 4, I requested the same highlights and low lights along trim. Upon arrival, the stylist informed me that we would not be doing low lights. I expressed concern, as I wanted to blend in some gray at my part line. She assured me that the highlights alone would cover the gray. Unfortunately, the result was significantly lighter than expected almost platinum. There was no darker base and I noticed damage to the front sections of my hair due to overlapping of the product. . Before leaving, I expressed dissatisfaction and mention I would need to return. I followed up with a phone call and was assured that the would correct the issue at no additional charge. When I days later, the stylist added low lights, but the result was overly dark, an extreme contrast from the original request. At checkout, I was unexpectedly told that I owed $44 for product cost. I explained that I had been told there would be no charge for the correction. After some back-and-forth, I left without paying the additional fee, but I did leave a tip for the stylist as she did the work Well, I appreciate the initial willingness to correct the issue, the overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to the salon. I hope this feedback is helpful on improving communication and consistency for your future clients. read more

This is the only salon for me. They only use Goldwell color line which is one of the best or perhaps the best hair color line. Places that appear classy and nice then you find out they use Redkin color line which is one of the cheapest lines for a salon to use. It makes my scalp itch and bad for my hair. We made an appointment to have the owner do my hair. I was disappointed. Her assistant ended up doing most of the work including my style. Even when the owner was cutting my hair, she was very dry and refused to converse with me. I wasnt happy with the end result. We expressed our concern and the owner refused to address it. On top of that, we paid the owners rates. Completely unfair. Be aware if you ask for a more experienced stylist, especially the owner. You won't get what you paid for. read more

Sent an email first thing Monday morning expressing our concern from our visit over the weekend. Didn't wanna upset my daughter on her day and explained in the email why I didn't raise a concern at the salon itself. We went for formal homecoming hair and within 3 hours had to have a friend of my daughters mom come fix her hair as we are new to the area and was counting on a salon to actually deliver. Alexis was sweet but she shouldn't be booking for formal hair when a simple braid shouldn't take anymore than a few minutes. A simple braid with curls took an 1 hr 23 minutes she only put one product on her hair at the end. I've never had formal hair done and it not last hours. She also tried stating my daughters hair don't curl which was a lie as we curl it for school all the time. Never got a response back as I was hoping to make an appointment for myself for highlights and cut but no thanks. After reading the reviews on here it seems the manager comes back with attitude and has to explain herself so I can't wait to see what the response is to this. Wonderful Salon/Spa. To begin I called on a Monday ... ( big plus, open on Mondays ) I was given an appointment the very next day. I was looking for a Salon with a Curly/ Wavy hair specialist. I got the best! Jay Perez Jay transformed my hair disaster to fabulous. Jay gave me a DEVA CUT with DEVA education on how to style my hair without having to use product, just the use of curl conditioner . Amazing, Do not pass Jay up if you have wavy or curly hair.
