Waited at this point past my appointment time as a doctor was wrapping up with a patient, then went to several offices to talk to other clinicians. I'm the only one in the waiting area. Another person comes and gets triaged ..she is told that they'll fit her in between patients...lol I'm the only person there waiting. 12:35 rolls around no one has come out get me. A little bit before 12:40 someone grabs the other patient that came after me and said they'll be right with me after her "it'll be quick".... Finally about 10-12 min later I leave because my appointment was at 12:20, I arrived earlier than the 10 min requested, no one is really there and now it's approaching 1 o'clock... if I wanted to wait 40 minutes past my appt time to be seen I would go to my regular doctor not a MinuteClinic. They don't realize I've left and called me until 12:56 asking where am I? I explained I had an appointment at 12:20. I came abundantly early. I shouldn't have been waiting that long especially if a patient comes after me, and I was the only one waiting....they tried to tell me that patient had a 12:10 appt but that patient showed up over 20 minutes late if that's the case. I would know because I was waiting in the room to be called by the doctor and it was already like 12:35. I shouldn't have to wait for someone who was late. And rather than apologize, the physician said well we've already seen you..implying I'll be billed basically and asking when am I coming back. Another manager called to say they'll same thing, that I misunderstood. If it is in your practice to triage patients so that you can delay timing for them to be seen and lock them into paying you should be reported or this clinic at least should be reported. Trying to explain to me as a patient that I'm wrong for not wanting to wait almost an hour to be seen in an empty clinic because of their poor time management is a failure on their part and I will never participate in another minute clinic again

The pharmacy staff is professional, very hardworking and take their jobs very seriously. I seldom find that anything is not done correctly. I am not sure who these people are that have time to write these critical (and many times petty reviews) of other people's performance, but I think they desperately need to go out and find a job and figure out what life is really about. I don't fill out surveys or do reviews, but I felt the need to do one here. This Walgreens is a 5-star operation. Please keep up the good work.

The waiting room is spacious with about four seats, and they even offer free refrigerated bottled water, which is a nice touch. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the last time I was there they were playing good music at just the right volume--not too loud, not too soft. As a bonus, they even offer a discount for writing a review, which shows how confident they are in their service. She didn't see it and asked another employee who told her it was seasonal and not in stock. I went to the photo counter and asked if the machine was working. I had needed photos made at Christmas and it wasn't working. (Their photos are pretty clear at an affordable price.) They explained there were so many orders that it was constantly working and a specific piece (he said the name but I can't remember) broke and had to be ordered.

The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated--only a couple of people had any kind of friendly demeanor. Most of the employees ignored customer questions, and there was a general lack of communication. I brought my car in because the battery, which I had purchased from this location (and is still under warranty), was failing. AutoZone had previously tested it and recommended a replacement. At the counter, one employee checked my invoice and took my key, then handed it off to a service technician. I waited inside, saw the car being tested, and then it disappeared--so I assumed they were doing a road test. Nearly an hour passed with no updates. I tried asking staff members what was happening with my car, but no one responded or seemed to care. A woman at the counter even refused to help because I didn't have the service intake form--something I was never given in the first place. Eventually, I found my car parked outside, in a place that wasn't visible from the service area. It took extra time to get my key back, again because there was no paperwork showing I had dropped it off. I was told the battery tested fine, yet in the past week alone, I've had to jump-start the car three times. This kind of service is unacceptable--especially when dealing with a warranty issue. I expected more professionalism and basic communication. Definitely not coming back here. Update as of June 18: Due to the same battery failure in my vehicle, I was stranded on the road again. I first went to the nearest Walmart Supercenter at 22850 Morton Ranch Rd, Katy, where I waited in line, only to be told when it was my turn that they didn't have a replacement battery of the same size. I then drove to the 25108 Market Pl Dr, Katy location, where I experienced the same issue. Finally, I was able to get the battery replaced at the 1313 N Fry Rd, Katy location. Unfortunately, I lost another half a day dealing with this problem.

They go above and beyond and always have a positive and friendly attitude. His team members are sharp and I see them as the human PDRs... They are knowledgeable about the drugs and never hesitates to look up information, even on their busy days. They make you feel like the only patient, even though you know that you are not! I can recall more than once my patient portion(cost) of my prescription was way higher than anticipated, the staff recommended I look up coupons and baaaaaam, I was able to sign up with the drug company and utilize my coupon. This shows the passion the Pharmacy Team has. This is the kind of Target where most folks would be happy to shop at. As a result of being so large, it never feels all that crowded here. Some areas are smaller than regular stores, such as the electronics and select clothing areas. One thing they haven't scaled back on now, is cach up to electronics, which are more dedicated iPhones and laptop demos and bigger TVs. The only thing I didn't love was that the main public bathroom was out, forcing eveyone to use family bathroom next to the pharmacy. It wasn't all that clean, but I hope they've got it all sorted now. While I don't always make it out to Target, I can appreciate a good one when I see it.
