Yes a contract is a contract, and it's painful writing negative reviews, but every other vendor worked with us, some of whom we had a lot more cash locked up with. One even offered to refund our deposit if we could wait several months, which we were totally willing to do and flexible on. In a business where reputation is everything, it's unfortunate that some folks would hesitate to do the right thing, but I've learned that this is just kind of what the wedding industry is.

Before Ethan arrived, my daughter was refusing to get out of the car and my toddler was running around like a WILD MAN playing in the dirt. I had no idea how anyone would pull this off. Met at church function and bought a mini photo session. Was hesitant at first since we have a…read morefamily photographer, but it sounded like a decent deal. Met with her at studio, which was cute. I have a toddler and it looked like she had experience with children. Well, I had to suggest props for her to use and was trying to scramble around the office to see what would work. This is something that Audra should have done or had prepared, especially since the cost of the session included 20 minutes of time. She took several photos, but didn't take into consideration the background she was using. My daughter's outfit totally blended into the background, which wasn't pleasing when i saw the pictures. I had to wait way to long to get my cd of only 15 pictures, which i didn't see any editing on. Since they were Christmas photos, they should have been available sooner. Appointment to receiving cd was about 12 days.. and several emails later. Will not be a returning customer. Disappointed. .
