The installers they use get paid by the job, they rush, finish in 1 day and get out of there. It's the worst "work" I have ever seen. This was the most expensive and time consuming mistake of our entire renovation. Customer service made the situation worse. Megan at the store was rude, dismissive, not solution oriented, and repeatedly blamed the customer instead of taking ownership of clearly documented installation failures. Measurements were incorrect, communication was horrific. Megan treats you like you should know how to design a kitchen and that you do it every day. She offers zero help and guidance. I had to call corporate to escalate the situation to have a second installer fix the kitchen which still was not properly corrected due to how terrible the first installers work was. Corporate refused to give me any sort of concession or discount. I honored my contract and paid on time. Cabinets To Go did not deliver professional installation, quality control, or accountability. Choose another company, I promise if you have an issue with this company they will not make it right. They will leave you with a kitchen that looks like it was done by a do it yourself homeowner. I recently when to Home Depot and spoke to a Wren Kitchen Representative. They have an amazing display of cabinets. So many beautiful option and everyone seemed so helpful. The cabinets come assembled already so there will be less margin for error. Cabinets to Go are not assembled and the installers put them together unevenly and bang them up. If I can help someone avoid the stress of what we just went through, I hope this review helps. It is so upsetting to look at my kitchen. It is terrible. But at least all of the big CEOs are making the big buck at cabinets to go. They don't care about people like us, remember that.

Our project was suppose to take 10 weeks and it took at least 20. I should've never trusted her, there are so many red flags now. She didn't pay the contractors who did the work here. She won't answer any phone calls or emails from anyone she owes. But she went away every weekend while our project dragged on. The backsplash was the last thing to do and the guy doing the tile said he couldn't do it because the wall was so uneven. She told him to just do it. She made him do it anyway. Then she never paid him! And we have a backslash with 3 inches of spackle behind it. It's glass tile and its cracking. I hear she's bankrupt. The guys that did work here are calling asking if we've heard from her. We paid her over $100,000,00 and I think she was here 3 times. Be careful, and don't use Cherie Carignan she owes a lot of ppl money.

Cherie was able to design for us a new bathroom that feels spacious and includes many of the things we were looking for. Cherie also handled support for the cabinets and design details, working with us on paint colors and hardware details along with the plans that were needed for our contractor, Roberto of Double R Home Improvements, to build us the perfect complement to our master bedroom. Cherie was very prompt with replies to our questions and had several suggestions that we would not have thought of on our own. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.
