Instead of an apology the restaraunt wanted to tell their tale of woe. Opportunity knocked and will now seek service quality and decency elsewhere. The waitress said that if I didn't like calamari, they would substitute with some additional shrimp. When the dish arrived, I didn't get additional shrimp, what they did was add some extra mussels. In fact, the meal was almost all mussels. There was a lobster tail, but in the whole meal there was only one scallop and three shrimp, all of which were significantly overcooked and rubbery. The waitress was pleasant and attentive, but it took a long time for the food to arrive, which I would think be unusual for a Thursday afternoon around 4:00 o'clock. I will certainly think twice before eating there again, and if I do, seafood will not be on the menu for me.
