In fact, the meal was almost all mussels. There was a lobster tail, but in the whole meal there was only one scallop and three shrimp, all of which were significantly overcooked and rubbery. The waitress was pleasant and attentive, but it took a long time for the food to arrive, which I would think be unusual for a Thursday afternoon around 4:00 o'clock. I will certainly think twice before eating there again, and if I do, seafood will not be on the menu for me.

Well, people are expected to pay $24 when they arrive, and whatever they don't spend is allegedly returned to their account (?!). If you're confused, you're not the only one. I saw many people walk away from what could have been a lovely evening for them, and a profitable evening for the patio. Also, please note that this "pre charge" or whatever it is is NOT a cover charge to see the bands that play there. The bands do not see any of that money. This is is a charge by the patio for the privilege of eating/drinking there. I encourage anyone else who may feel the same way about this charge to let the manager know.
