The waitress was pleasant and attentive, but it took a long time for the food to arrive, which I would think be unusual for a Thursday afternoon around 4:00 o'clock. Instead of an apology the restaraunt wanted to tell their tale of woe. Opportunity knocked and will now seek service quality and decency elsewhere. If you promote a service you need to deliver in the deliverables. Shame on Jacks incompetent staff and systems.
