This is by far the VERY worst vendor, event coordinating service that I have ever been in contact with. I hired J-Live to book vendors for my wedding, DJ/MC, photo booth, photographer, videographer. Up until the day of my wedding the service was fine, I dealt directly with the owner Joey Perez. The day of my wedding all bets were off. 1st the Photographer showed up dressed in jeans and flannel shirt (unprofessional) 2nd, he had a camera that was dead. He used my mothers camera for the majority of the pictures. I was also supposed to have 2 shooters and only 1 showed up. Then the photographer walked around like he was lost. He was not directing anyone to pose or move to different spots for unique pictures. I had even emailed a list of pictures that I wanted and who needed to be in them (did he use my list, NO). On top of all of that, he was sucking on a ring pop for all of my reception, starting helping the DJ with his job, sitting on the ground playing on his laptop, started dancing inappropriately with guests nearly causing a family fight AND was drinking alcohol from my hosted bar. He even had the nerve to tell my groom that he had not been paid yet not even for gas, when Joey was paid full months in advance. He had to be told when to take pictures. During my ceremony, we found out that the best man watched him with the cameral on his lap just snapping pictures with his finger, not even looking!!! Now it has been 2 months since my wedding, and NO pictures or video. Moving on to the DJ/MC: 1st he did not play the correct instrumental song when my wedding party walked down the aisle. He then tried to leave the wedding after the ceremony because Joey did not tell him that he had 2 set ups and they were outside. Then it started to rain and he tried to leave again instead of moving his equipment inside. It took FOREVER for the wedding party to be announced, then he announced me (the bride) as the WRONG NAME!!! He announced me as CHRISTINA GUZMAN instead of Crystal Guzman. He completely did not follow the schedule at all. The prayer was completely skipped. He also had the nerve to ask my wedding coordinator to serve him food, and my guests all had not received their food yet! He too was drinking from the hosted bar. He also played terrible music!! The one dance that was important to me, the anniversary dance, he messed up. We had to do it 2 times. Because of all of his messing up we did not cut the cake until very late, missed doing the garter toss and the DJ had to be paid extra to stay and play music because he was ready to pack up and leave shortly after the music started because everything was so far behind the schedule. Then these two clowns (the dj and photographer) told the groom that they would be willing to stay and keep the party going if we gave them somewhere to stay. It was incredibly unprofessional. We also found out that Joey booked our photo booth 2 days prior to the wedding and the dj the week before. Even though he had been paid in full for several months! After the wedding I requested a meeting with Joey immediately to go over all of these issues and he did not (would not) have time. He was too busy with other events, he asked for a list of issues. I sent him the list, and he came back to me that all of his vendors said that they did not do any of this and that was that. Even though I had 100 guests that witnessed this disaster and he pretty much said my concerns were unfounded. I was married on Sept. 20, we are closely approaching 2 months later and he still has not had time to meet with me. He also keeps giving me the run around about when I will be receiving my pictures and video on a cd. I was told I would have them 2 weeks ago, and last week he said their printer was broken, how is it that they are printing pictures that I have NEVER seen? I find that everything about this company is a joke! 1st you send a photographer to a wedding and the photographer asks to borrow the mother of the brides camera, 2nd, your DJ messes up the brides name and is all around terrible and 3rd he cannot even make the time to meet with an unhappy customer. If I could put negative stars I would. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you are planning an event and you would like the worst service ever, then only and only then should you use JLIVE.

Around 4:45 a woman I've never seen before shows up with chair covers and table cloths and says "she sent me instead, didn't she tell you?" "um no." come to find out later that she sent me an email around 3:45 saying "I'm not going to be able to make it, so I'm sending one of my employees." -she sent me an EMAIL 15 minutes before our appointment to tell me she wouldn't be there, I mean come on, I know we live in a technically run type of society, but you couldn't have called to let me know? Also, she said "my employee" um does your employee have a name? That made things uncomfortable and very unprofessional. Not to mention, the "employee's" response to every single one of my questions was "i don't know, but I'm sure The owner A**** could answer that for you" ok well if only she was here. 3) She is ridiculously hard to get ahold of, nor does she return any of your calls. If you don't communicate by email then you're screwed. 4) I chose to go with this company over any of the other companies in town due to her competitive prices, but it's true when they say "you get what you pay for". I got polyester chair covers with red satin sash. The bows she tied with the satin sash were hideous. They looked like numerous big obscene knots just sitting on the back of the chair. I thought to myself "maybe those are really just hard to make look elegant" so I tied one myself, it look fantastic. But by the time I noticed this, it was time for me to walk down the aisle, so all my pictures have these giant hideous knots. 5) The owner of Creative Chair Covers was supposed to get in contact with my wedding planner at my venue To set up a time where she can drop off the table linens to the venue and also to discuss what time she will be there to set up the chair covers on the day of. I would communicate with A**** (owner of CCC) and ask if she had spoken with my wedding planner and she continued to say "no not yet, but I will" Finally I just thought to myself "this isn't my job, I have to much to worry about, she will have to do it" on my last meeting with my coordinator (3 days prior to my big day) she asked "are you still having linens set up" my response "well of course" her "well she hasn't contacted me yet" I was so mad I told my coordinator all about A**** unprofessionalism and needless to say, they won't be recommending her to any of their future brides. Anyways my coordinator says "well I'll just give her a call, so you don't have to worry about it anymore" about an hour later CCC A**** calls me (wow huh!) and says "oh I just called and set up everything with your venue, so we will be there." HAHA YOU JUST LIED TO ME. I LOATHE LIARS. 6) in an email she said "ok we will meet on Saturday, I'll be in contact." Saturday rolls around, and I'm literally waiting to hear from her, I check my email, nothing. My phone, nothing. Finally I decide to call her, no answer, i left a message. A day or two go by and I hear nothing from her so I decide to email her. Her response was "oh my phone took a dump, sorry about that." are you serious?! It was impossible for you to find another phone to call me as a courtesy?! Ridiculous! 7)Lastly, now this doesn't break the camels back or anything, but it definitely is unprofessional and in bad taste to say the least. On my wedding day she says, "Be sure to let me know if your event ends early so we can come get the linens" what!?! Oh yes I'll put that on my todo list on my wedding day. In conclusion: had I known what I know now about CCC I would have paid the extra .50 cents to get a more professional experience. you get what you pay for I guess. Oh and PS: she is NEVER on time.

She has so much knowledge, and is so well known, that all of the other vendors look forward to working with her. She has great communication skills, was always tactful, and made suggestions on things we had not even considered. She is such a pro! The wedding was a huge success, and exceeded our expectations. Everybody had a great time, and Gio made it look easy, although I know it absolutely was not. I cannot tell you how grateful and thankful I am that we had her to guide us through the process.

Cassandra was great to work with and I am so glad I hired her. We had regular meetings leading up to my wedding that were on my time, and at my office or somewhere close to my house. She is extremely detailed and goes over every minute of your special day. She recommended great vendors, responds to emails and texts almost immediately, and was just someone I could text any time of the day when I had an idea or concern about the wedding and I would get a response that reassured me. For the day of the wedding I cant even sing her praises enough. I didnt get a single panicked phone call from anyone because she was in touch with all the vendors all day. She arrived at the venue early, she was the first one there, and the last one to leave at at night. She made sure everything was set out perfectly, then at the end of the night, made sure everything was packaged up and ready to go and be picked up. During the wedding she kept us on our pre-planned schedule, which is so easy to divert from when you have 20 people pulling you each way. She made sure we ate, and had something to drink, and that all my guests knew where to sit. I do events professionally and as an event professional, I know that you cant do it all yourself and that if you hire good help, your event will run smoothly, and that is definitely what you need on a day like your wedding day.

I am glad they served lemonade instead, but thought they should have mentioned that their tea parties don't actually include tea. The cupcake decorating is sprinkling sugar on the ore frosted mini cupcakes purchased at Target. Save yourself the $100 and go to a thrift shop to pick up some old dresses and mismatched china. On your way home stop at target for a $3 bottle of lemonade and $4 package of cupcakes. Viola, everyday can be a tea party for the price you would pay this company. Very disappointed.

The kids loved them and I loved not having to make a run to the bakery because they were included in the package. We opted for the deluxe package, so the tiaras and wands that the kids used during the party were theirs to keep. I prefer these kind of party favors over a bag of junk toys or candy. These things could easily be thrown into any little girls box of dress up clothes after the party. The food was cute. It was PB&J, but that's what we requested because that's what kids love. The sandwiches were cut into little triangles and it reminded me of something you'd see in a tea house. I always prefer having our parties at home so our guests feel more comfortable.
