They did not set up everything they were supposed to, did not problem solve, and were seen sitting down for most of the event. The worst part was they tried to re-negotiate important parts of the contract minutes before I was supposed to walk down the isle. I was so frustrated I cried, and nearly ruined my make-up (bridal make-up is expensive, plus we did not have time to fix it). Afterward, I tried to email Dee, the owner, to reconcile these issues, however my letter continues to be ignored. I sincerely regret my decision to hire these women.
