As you are well aware Alex (because we discussed this at length in person), this was my first time getting a truck load of material. Previously I had purchased other supplies from Dreamscapes, but not dirt, mulch, rock, etc. So no, I did not realize that rock would be pouring over the side of my truck in large quantities and doing significant damage. If I had, I definitely would have taken further precautions. This is also something I discussed with you in person after the incident initially occurred. Maybe you forgot that conversation, but it seems to me like you're more interested in placing blame with your customers than taking any responsibility for your or your employees' mistakes (noting how you've responded to other reviews on here as well). I have no doubt that contractors who pick up materials on a regular basis know what to expect and plan accordingly. For those of us who are homeowners just trying to work on projects over the weekends, how are we supposed to know the risks and how to mitigate them if you don't warn us? You and your employees have every opportunity to inform the customer, but you actively choose to say nothing and do nothing. read more

This is our favorite nursery. We've gotten many things here over the years for our yard: flagstone, breeze, sand, gravel, pea gravel and more. They are super friendly and always helpful. With our patio, it was very new territory for us. The staff here helped us pick out the right materials, and their tips have helped it stand up to Colorado's weather quite nicely. This place is so close to my house! They are so helpful. I had a gentleman by the name Robbie help my husband and myself out. He was so knowledgeable in all sorts of plants and trees. We also had another person help us out my mom who speaks Spanish. They also kept our trees for a bit during the blizzard. They truly care for the customers and are willing to take some time to educate us about things we do not know so much about. In the surrounding areas they have great prices especially if you buy stuff that's from last year. We saved so much on our trees and bushes. read more

I always see this place on my way home, so I finally stopped in. I walked around for a good 10 minutes, it wasn't busy at all, yet not a single person said hello to me or asked if I needed anything. I walked all around the inside and then the outside too. I found the plant selection to be a bit smaller than other nurseries. The rocks and other things that they had looked good, though I didn't check the prices. The things inside, like the decor items were outrageously priced though. read more

Last weekend I bought a half yard of died brown mulch for a little less that $20. I spoke with the lady and she stated that they sell the mulch in 1/2 yard increments and that one 1/2 yard equals one bucket. I went back today to get another full yard of mulch and was told that one bucket is one full yard. But, it was the same amount of mulch in my truck. Same machine...different cost... bad business! read more

If I could give this business a negative rating, I would simply on the owner's customer service, alone. Don't go here. He will nickel and dime you. It's so not worth it. With many other landscaping "farm" options around, go somewhere else. I just dropped a few hundred dollars on soil, bark and weed barriers to fill my garden box. After having filled the bed with said soul etc, I went to return the 2 tarps they oversold me (recycled tarps they were selling for $18, mind you). I went to back out of the parking lot, and as I'm backing up one of their trucks halfway blocked me. It looked like I had backed out enough to navigating around the front. I said I'm in the parking lot, right? In the blind spot of my rental truck, there was a bird bath for sale. I knocked it over and it broke. The owner chose to charge me for half of it, $17, versus taking a write off (which I'm sure he still will). It's not the money that bugs me. It's the short view. As I said, I had just spent a few hundred bucks, and I was just getting started. Needless to say, never again. He just lost this customer for life, and I hope I may have swayed a few of you, as well. read more

Wow, these guys are awesome! Way to go! I have a birthday party and was not sure if my propane in my tank would be enough for my grill to last. So rather to be safe than sorry I went to refill my propane tank. Turns out that it only needed two gallons of propane and they refilled it for me. They only charged me for the two gallons they refilled! Usually every else I go they just charge a full tank no matter how much gas I had left in my tank. Cudos to those guys! I just noticed they have 40% sale going on, so I will be back soon! read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered a load of soil and was promised it be delivered the next day. I called them the day after to see what was going on. And they replied we could get it to you in 4 day from now. After they charged me and I was never contacted about the order and had to contact them. Which they didn't seem concerned at all. I found the staff here to be very helpful. Before going, I called to check on a plant. The lady I talked with took my number, checked on the plant, and called me back within a few minutes. Later in the day, I went to the nursery and found them as helpful as my phone experience. I will shop here again. read more

These guys are great, really good people. I called on a weekend and asked if they had sod. The man working there told me they did, but it had been there all week I was welcome to come get it. He wouldn't charge me for it and he said see if you can get it to come back to life. Which we went over and picked it up, brought it home. We laid it down watered it a lot and it came back! Disappointing experience with firewood - originally, the sales representative told me $50 per cord of wood and then changed it to $50 per 1/4th of a cord, which is a decent price, but still not the cheapest around. We agreed on $100 for a pickup load. After I loaded all of the wood up in my truck they told me $145, which is obviously way more than they originally quoted. I was forced with a decision - either unload all of the wood myself, per the same sales rep, or pay the $145. I ended up paying for it as I wasn't about to spend the time to unload it after spending over an hour loading it myself with no help or assistance. Bottom line, make sure you don't do a verbal agreement with these guys and get a quote on paper. I won't be returning and had higher hopes for this place based on other Yelp reviews. This is the first tie I have ever reviewed a company, but I was so frustrated with the experience that a year out, I am still thinking about it. The owner was incredibly demeaning during the process. Due to his lower prices I ordered flagstones from him. I had been on sight and saw that there were plenty of quality rock. A couple days later, I paid for them over the phone to be delivered in 7 days, so I took off work to be there for the delivery. He called me the day before and said that he "had a very good and busy weekend of business" and that he did not have any enough flagstones for me but that he would talk to his supplier. I was quite frustrated. He was supposed to check in with me in one week. Meanwhile I returned to other companies, but they could not get pieces for me for at least month. Unaware to me one week later, while I was on vacation, the flagstones I previously ordered were dropped on my front lawn. I called the owner and he proudly said that he scraped together all his leftover flagstones to fill my order. and yes they were leftover pieces. the wall building process was a nightmare with those pieces and my next phone call with the owner found him to be even more belligerent. Next time I will go with any other company, the extra price will be worth the better quality of rock and professionalism. read more

This will be my new go to nursery for shrubs and trees! I drive by on my way home to Reunion now and again and I always wondered what the place was like. Driving by it last time I decided to call when I got to the stop sign to see if they were open to the public - YEP! So Friday I went in and ordered two LARGE beautiful trees. The cost of the two big trees anddddd delivery was hundreds less then three quotes I got from other places and the trees were actually larger. So Friday I ordered and yesterday (Saturday) they delivered. On time and the trees were in perfect condition. They saw how small the husband and I are, and knew we weren't carrying one of the trees to the back.....so they carried the huge one for us. They were only doing curbside drop. I thanked them again and again. I don't know what we would've done if they hadn't offered, as the trees looked a lot bigger then they were at the nursery (this is a good thing). So now we have two big trees that are stunning, and I will be going back to shop for shrubs this week. Awesome place in our neck of the woods. Highly recommend. read more
