First they crazy-overcharged for a tiny deck that needed a decent waterproofing seal. They said only his most expensive product would do the job. Then they left it half done and very sloppy. I was asked to remove that negative review when they came out to "fix it". Well they did NOT fix it. And once the rains started we accrued significant damage and cost to both the outside and the inside of our home including mold damage and total inside ceiling needing repair now (Pix included). The owner told us yesterday in person that they would fix it. Now today he writes saying that he won't. Sadly this is just really bad business and very costly mistakes on their part that is left for us to pick up their improper work. Upon a referral from a flooring contractor we used, we contacted Jim Acord of Quality Roofing. From our first telephone conversation I was impressed with Jims' knowledge and friendly attitude. Upon his visit to our residence to inspect the roof, Jim spent about an hour on the different roofing levels before he came back down, to summarize and show us what he saw, from the photos he took with his ipad. He was very thorough, showed us the worn areas, then presented a couple of his suggestions for roofing materials. He also gave us a quote on the spot which ended up being the final price. His crew were on time, courteous, careful, on time, friendly, and their workmanship was superb. My wife and I were both quite impressed with Quality Roofing, and Jim Acord, for his knowledge and making us feel comfortable with the project.
