Apparently she is misinformed and I will soon do my best to correct that misconception. The refrigerator that came with the house has had three service calls to address a freon leak. The previous two times I was told the recharge will fix it. I'm in the middle of the current third service and its taking three weeks, three technicians/inspections to order and wait for the part that should arrive August 1. In the mean time I've been without a refrigerator and spending a lot of money eating out. Calling a representative gets a rent-a-call-center somewhere well outside the USA with reps learning to speak English as they read their screens explaining how "understanding and sorry" they are. There are no options to request expedite help, no supervisors to speak with and I've been hung on twice while waiting on hold. I will make sure my realtor from Berkshire Hathaway steers future clients far away from HSA Home Warranty. Repair situation is great. In my experience, most repairs have been quick enough to take care of while you wait, which is completely unknown in my previous experience of bike shops. (I'm sure some repairs don't allow this, but it's never come up for me so far.) It's right downtown, which I mention only because it would be a pain to have to ride my bike to a part of town that isn't all that bike friendly. Pricing for repairs is also reasonable and in some cases they've simply not charged me. Hope to never be back! (hahahaha) but if I do, I know there's a reliable repair shop close to my house.

We agreed to $100 trip charge and informed that the cost for labor was $100 per hour plus parts. The first tech came out and after 30 minutes he had no clue what was wrong. He said it would be too dangerous to continue on his own as he said it was probably a belt and the large hood had to be removed. He brought a second technician with him a week later and found a simple disconnect switch, on the outside of the building, was in the wrong position. Our church was charged $500 for this. The tech was accusatory in that he claimed one of our volunteers had to have done it. I don't suggest using this company as their practices of demanding a credit card up front are sketchy as best. After they rack up the charges, without getting full approval first, they hit that credit card and then you are stuck. We tried to resolve this with both the service and general manager but to no avail. Our video shows that the tech was not even working in the correct area of the issue to start with. Both managers failed to answer the question as to why a disconnect switch was not first checked. The statements of service are not even filled out indicating what they worked on. Not a trustworthy company.
