They had the technician come back out and everything was good to go. They put a new circuit breaker and change the plug and everything on the stove works perfectly fine. It wasn't but they did good work excellent work and got to the bottom so so I could actually use my stove. read more

my Whirlpool washer was still under warranty. I bought outside of Drees, but when something went wrong, Whirlpool set me up with the only local service tech per my zip code, Drees. My apt date came and no Tech. I called Drees to find out why. A female informed me that they received the Service Order but it had no accept or reject attached as usual. So instead of doing anything, she told myself, and Whirlpool who was still on the line, that it subsequently went into an unmonitored email. She then informed me that Drees takes care of consumers of their establishment first, prior to their party requests. I asked why I was not informed weeks prior when I made the request via Whirlpool. The rep at Drees put us on hold while she spoke "with the owner". She came back on the line to tell us that the owner is rejecting our service request. She then hung up mid call leaving no resolution. The only thing Whirlpool could do is set up another appointment a week later with Drees. I posted my review and received a generic apology, shifting the blame onto Whirlpool. Drees response had no resolution for my ongoing problem. Therefore, since no one had the decency to reach out to me... here is my response to the reply from the "owner" that had no name. Good Morning "Owner" without a name attached. While I appreciate you actually took time to write a response, it comes across as extremely generic to the issue that arose. Your response seems to shift the blame onto Whirlpool, which we all concluded on the three way call, that Drees did nothing with the order once they received it. It was basically tossed into an unmonitored email making the appointment doomed to fail. Myself, nor Whirlpool, would have had no inclination that the service was at a halt at the hands of Drees. I understand businesses have human error, but the female rep was unprofessional in her mannerisms and claimed the "owner" rejected our service call because your company is too busy to serve someone who is not a consumer of your establishment. Your apology seems empty and without resolution to this matter. It appears to have only been posted to reserve your reputation. You have all of my info if you truly wanted to reach out to me. Minor repair this summer 2020. Too many cooks in the kitchen @ this joint - Every time there's a question of at least high-school level, the 'ladies' at the desk disappear to some unknown 'boss' man and get your answer; when they return it means you're getting a high price from some faceless goon. I was charged an hourly electricians rate for an in-house repair of my stuff. Coming to my house may be an 'electrician's' valid charge; but in-house when i have to bring in my unit - no way, that's simply robbery pricing. It's just an overpriced, aged and worn out business that soaks people while they smile at you. Go to Wallymart, Costco, Target, or Amazon - You'll be better off by far. read more

Was on the phone for almost 20 minutes as the person on the phone somehow is answering an electricians phone but had zero clue what I'm talking about. Offers me to have someone come by to see if what I want to do is possible (I was full willing to pay the 90 dollars for the 5 minutes didn't care) then all of a sudden talks to one of the electricians after being on hold and tells me that that offer was something different and that they don't offer that and what I want is a waste of time without any explanation at all. Got on the phone with another local company and instead of getting ignorant with me and just saying that what I want is a total waste of time (even tho 90 dollars for 5 minutes sounds pretty good to me) and even saved me that 90 dollars by giving me a quick 5 minutes way to check if what I want is possible. All of that happened with the other company in less than 2 minutes. read more

We cannot thank the Management Team from Drees' Electric enough for the excellent job that they did on our Wisconsin Ranch. We had the highly skilled and dedicated Electricians from Drees' Team of JON, BRENT and AL dispatched to our Farm. As winter was quickly approaching we were in need of heated water lines being connected to the power source, which appeared to have a problem. We explained to the store Manager - Adam, our great need, in order to ensure that the Ranch would have adequate power from the electrical source to keep the lines from freezing and breaking, because without the repair our Animals on the Ranch would be without water. The Drees' Team had a painstaking job ahead to isolate the problem and repair the electrical panel - but after locating the problems - new parts were installed and the outside lines were connected to the power source and All of Our Animals enjoyed delicious warmed water!!! Renting a new place in town and went to Dree's to get a washer, dryer and TV. The sales lady ignored me for a while and finally wandered over. I told her what I needed and that I was eager to support the local business instead of Amazon. Found a midrange washer/dryer pair that I liked. She tells me it's out of stock but there is a truck coming end of the week and might have a pair on it. Hmm..you don't know what's coming from your distributor? Whatever. Looked around some more but nothing caught my eye. I asked if she could take my number and call me if the appliances came in. She says she'll try, but they are pretty busy. WHATT?!? I tell you I want you to call me so I can come in and spend $1300 at your store - and you are too busy?!?!? You know who wasn't too busy? Best Buy. I went down there and have $2300 worth of appliances and a TV getting delivered next week. C-YA Dree's. read more
