In my experience this company is very unprofessional and does low quality work. This company was…read morerecently contracted by the City of West Columbia to replace water lines in my neighborhood and the work they're doing is well below the quality anybody would expect. They have damaged my property and others in the neighborhood, thrown rocks and debris onto peoples vehicles, and trapped me at my home multiple times. One day they started working at 6:45 am without notice which resulted in me missing work as I could not get out of my driveway. I was concerned this would be an issue so I reached out months in advance and was assured I would be communicated with before work started so I could move my vehicles but that didn't happen. They have left a 6 foot long and 4 foot wide area directly in front of my driveway full of mud water due to a broken line and have still not fixed it 2 weeks later. On top of that When I complained about the work on Facebook a man named Eddie Coker, who is employed by this company, sought me out to harass me on Facebook. After harassing me on Facebook he decided to come to my house and bang on my door while yelling my first and last name 3 separate times, one time even circling my home for 30 minutes and trying to enter though my back yard but my dogs stopped him. The disrespectful nature in which they have conducted their work is appalling and unreasonable. Finally, as long as Eddie Coker is associated with this business I feel your safety is in jeopardy if you decide to hire this company. Do the right thing for yourself and your family, go with literally anyone else.

It can be hard to find companies that communicate well and follow through, and they did both. They handled the issue professionally and made sure the job was taken care of.
