This morning I woke to a toilet with a very slow flush in the master. It couldn't even flush a…read moretissue. After poking and prodding a little to diagnose the issue I determined it was a clogged vent. I have a second commode that has a similar issue but is rarely used so I thought I'd have them look at it, too. I called, they set me up for the next day, then called back and said they could work me in today. The tech they sent out, Winston, was very friendly and quickly checked out and fixed the master. It was not the vent but rather a partial clog. He then checked out the second commode and determined it was not a vent issue either. It needs a new valve or a replacement commode. This is why I'm not a plumber. After telling him of our remodeling plans he suggested a toilet brand, provided a quote, and let me know that replacing all three at the same time would be a good cost savings. He was in and out in less than a half hour. Great service all around. They were the only company that answered my call and they were very, very responsive. The price was fair and I'm 100% satisfied.

Zero stars are too many for this company. We needed our septic tank pumped. They came right out and…read morewe're done start to finish in less than 15 minutes. After they left the smell was absolutely horrible. Not realizing this was not normal we let our dogs out only to find that sewerage had been spilled all over our yard. The dogs of course got in it and all three needed immediate baths. In less than a week our tank had water coming out by the clean out. When we called and dealt with Kelly the most unprofessional arrogant person I have ever spoke to in my 66 years she said we needed new leach lines and swore the truck was not full when they emptied our tank. When two guys came back one told me the truck was so full the first time that their hoses had leaked on our yard and he tried to cover it with dirt. Never told us of course so we could have properly cleaned it up. Which took my husband over an hour to do because they spilled sewage everywhere. After a heated argument with Kelly they came back out to repump. She said Mark my words it will be full again in a month. The month is up and we have had no more problems. The tank was just not drained the first time. She told me I didn't have to pay the second time but the people who admitted to not pumping properly the first time made me pay half price! Crooks for this company is an understatement. We paid $540. for a pump out and a giant mess. Kelly now has someone else answer the phone and will not return my calls. I would think it only far that I did not have to pay twice to have a job done right. On the second trip out the tank was also full and they dumped some sewerage back into our septic tank telling me this is normal practice. Please think twice before you trust this awful company to even pull a truck in your yard.
